Muddle & Mixer Mobile Bar started out of a passion for crafting unique cocktails and providing memorable experiences. Our journey began during the pandemic of 2020, when life felt monotonous, and we needed a creative outlet to break away from the day-to-day. We saw an opportunity to blend creativity with convenience, bringing the bar experience directly to people’s events at a time when many were seeking safe and intimate ways to celebrate.

We started small, experimenting with recipes and setups for private gatherings, and quickly realized there was a demand for high-quality, mobile bartending. Over time, we expanded our services, fine-tuning the craft of mixology while ensuring our clients receive personalized, one-of-a-kind experiences at their events. The road wasn’t always easy, especially navigating the uncertainties during and after the pandemic, but we pushed forward and adapted.

From weddings and corporate functions to private celebrations, Muddle & Mixer has grown through word-of-mouth and a commitment to excellence. Today, we take pride in offering a full-service mobile bar that caters to all types of occasions, ensuring every drink is as special as the event itself.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road, as with any business. Juggling the demands of running a business while working a full-time job and raising two children adds a layer of difficulty that can’t be overstated. Balancing family life, a career, and the need to be present for the business often means late nights, early mornings, and a lot of sacrifice. Yet, through it all, we’ve always made it a priority to spend quality time with our children, finding moments to be together as a family. Whether it’s including them in parts of the business or setting aside time just for us, we’ve strived to show them the value of hard work without compromising our bond.

One of the biggest challenges we faced early on was logistics—figuring out how to transport everything efficiently and set up in different locations while maintaining a consistent level of service. We had to invest in equipment that was both mobile and functional, while still giving that polished bar experience. Building a client base from scratch, ensuring every event runs smoothly, and managing the learning curve of operating a mobile service have all been part of the journey.

Despite the challenges, we remain committed to providing exceptional service and adapting to every obstacle. Each struggle has refined our approach, made us more resilient, and given us a deeper appreciation for the time we get to share with our family, even amidst the hustle.

  • Tap Trailer Service: Includes setup, service, and drink options (non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, champagne, etc.). Pricing starts at $450 an hour.
  • Full-Service Bar: Pricing starts at $450 an hour, including bartenders, custom menu design, and all equipment. Additional hours and upgrades available upon request.
  • Cocktail Classes: Private cocktail classes start at $85 per person for 3 hours, which includes hands-on instruction, ingredients, and equipment.
