Hi Bryan, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was born in Mexico City and moved to the U.S. in 2007. Since then, I’ve focused on turning my passion for problem-solving and helping others into a fulfilling career. I attended the University of North Texas, where I earned my degree and had the honor of being the captain of the rugby team for two years. Rugby taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, teamwork, and perseverance—qualities that have shaped the way I approach both my personal life and my career.
My professional journey started in real estate investing, where I spent five years learning the ins and outs of entrepreneurship and managing complex transactions. During that time, I realized how overwhelming taxes could be for individuals and business owners alike, and I wanted to make a difference in that space. I saw an opportunity to not just crunch numbers, but to truly educate and empower people to make smarter financial decisions.
Fast forward to today, I’m the founder of PnH Tax, a tax consulting and business firm that prides itself on offering personalized service to individuals and small businesses, truly taking the headache away and making our slogan “Taxes Made Easy” a reality. What sets us apart is our commitment to building relationships and providing clarity in a field that many find intimidating. I’ve been in my clients’ shoes—I’ve dealt with the challenges of entrepreneurship and taxes firsthand. That experience allows me to approach every client’s situation with empathy, practical solutions, and strategies that I apply in my own business and investments.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—like most journeys, it’s been filled with challenges and lessons. When I first started, one of the biggest struggles was gaining trust and building a reputation in a competitive industry. Convincing people to take a chance on a new business can be tough, especially when you’re up against large, established companies with more resources.

Something surprising that most people might not know about me is that I came to the U.S. as an immigrant at a much later age, which shaped my work ethic and determination. Also, outside of work, I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie—I love activities like rugby, snowboarding, and scuba diving.
