With over 65 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, and event-driven entrepreneurship, we are excited to bring our passion and expertise to your event.
Butch’s 28-year tenure as a Global Account Manager for the Trane Company honed his ability to foster client relationships, manage large-scale accounts, and deliver solutions tailored to unique needs. Ruthie’s 35-year career at Bridal Shows Inc. helping to produce over 300 consumer and bridal shows in the Dallas-Fort Worth area has equipped her with a deep understanding of event planning and customer engagement. Together, we’ve owned and operated a celebrated Wedding Cake/Specialty Cake Bakery for over 20 years—a testament to our ability to deliver excellence in customer-centric businesses.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We just purchased our new Dry Bar Cart (named “Ginny”) in July 24′ so we are still in the launching phase, but we are having a blast! Everyone that sees it falls in love with the “retro look”! We get comments like, “it’s so cute”, “I would love to have that at my wedding, or Birthday Party”! It’s definitely a conversation piece! I don’t see that many struggles along the way, we just need to expose her to more people.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Most people who know us from our 20 years of running a wedding cake bakery would be surprised to learn that we now own a bartending service. It’s a big change for us, but we’re loving it!
