We recently got a new manager, Jessica “Jace” Smith-Martinez of Shine Agency Talent Acquisitions. She is amazing and we love working with her. We are so excited about the future and look forward to sharing our new music, music videos, merch and shows with everyone! We have recently created a business partnership with Instrulmusic Solutions and Shine Agency Talent Acquisitions to work with bands and solo artists on artist development, marketing, booking, songwriting, vocal training and other areas related to the music industry.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has not always been smooth, but we have stayed the course. The initial struggle involved getting our first gig. Once that occurred then it became easier because of word or mouth and having a strong social media presence. We had a chance to meet other bands at shows and we all started helping each other find shows. The DFW music scene is great and we have made so many amazing friends in the music scene. Having music that people could access through Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube and other streaming platforms has increased our fan base and following. We have kept a very consistent lineup which helps with booking shows and events.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Our music has been described as positive, uplifting, inspiring, hopeful, joyful, entertaining and heartfelt. We feel that it helps people feel connected to each other We try to remind people that they are not alone,. We as humans have all experienced similar things at some point in our lives.

We pride ourselves on making music that will make a positive impact on the world. We are simply
making music that we love and know that we will have fun playing. We don’t try to make ourselves “fit” into any particular genre, but try to use each of our strengths and tastes to meld into a unique, catchy sound. You won’t be able to stop bopping your head, getting happy feet or dancing. We’ll get you involved in the show because we want you to have fun. No matter what, we always have a spectacular time. We are very blessed to get to do what we love to do!

We love performing and we love connecting with the audience. It is our favorite thing to do.
We want people to always follow their dreams, believe in themselves and never stop working hard for what you want.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
We try to always network at our shows and other shows that we attend. We have formed friendships, business partnerships and other relationships in the DFW music scene and in the Texas music scene. It is always great to meet new artists, bands, and fans. We always try to find people that are successful and have a positive impact on the music industry. We have learned so much from so many people in the music industry. We try to also learn from people that have successful businesses. We believe that iron sharpens iron. We always want to keep improving our craft. We try to help other bands/artists and share the lessons that we have learned.
