Today we’d like to introduce you to Liz Holmes, Realtor
Hi Liz, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Since I was a child I wanted to be a real estate agent. My childhood friend, Yvette’s mother was a REALTOR and Yvette and I would tag along with her to tour houses. I started off in real estate finance after graduating from Southern University A& M where I helped families refinance and purchases real estate properties as well as first time homebuyers purchase their home with downpayment assistance. I then became a real estate investor owning and managing both single family and multi-family properties. In 2017 I because a N. Texas REALTOR. I believe this is the epitome of the real estate business as it has opened so many doors of opportunities for me.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Because the industry is so broad I had to make a decision to focus on a particular niche and region. Although my network is worldwide my primary focus is in the DFW area. As I scale my business I am constantly focused on providing and maintaining quality service to my clients while meeting my goals.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am Liz Holmes, REALTOR and I am a full-time real estate agent licensed in N. Texas and parts of N. Louisiana. I work with a diverse group of home buyers, sellers and investors. I sell residential and commercial properties. Although my real estate business includes assisting everyone with their real estate needs I have carved out a niche specially for people who are new to the United States whereby I provide a tailored services to meet the unique needs and challenges faced by people who are new to the United States.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I really do not believe in luck, but rather Something Higher than luck. I am extremely Blessed and Graced and always find myself positioned to excel with each client I serve. I try to learn from every situation and transaction.
