My journey in real estate started with a simple yet powerful goal: to help people find the spaces where they could create memories, build dreams, and live their best lives. I didn’t grow up imagining I’d be in real estate, but I’ve always had a passion for connecting with people and solving problems. That’s what initially drew me to this industry—it’s so much more than buying and selling properties; it’s about building relationships and helping people achieve something meaningful.

As I gained experience, I noticed a gap in how many brokerages operated. Agents were often left feeling unsupported or stuck in outdated systems that didn’t allow them to thrive. That’s when I realized I wanted to do more than just sell homes—I wanted to create an environment where agents could grow, innovate, and truly feel like partners in their success. That’s how Ronark was born.

Ronark isn’t just a brokerage to me; it’s a platform to empower agents, push boundaries, and redefine what’s possible in real estate. Along the way, I’ve learned that staying focused on people—both clients and my team—is the real key to success. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I’d love to say it’s been a completely smooth road, but let’s be real—success rarely comes without challenges. Building my career and Ronark has had its share of bumps, but I see those challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.

In the beginning, one of the toughest parts was balancing the sheer grind of real estate with maintaining my personal life. Real estate is fast-paced, and when you’re passionate about serving your clients, it’s easy to lose sight of balance. I had to learn how to prioritize, manage my time, and set boundaries so I could give 100% to my work without burning out.

Another big struggle was building Ronark. Creating a brokerage that stood apart in an industry filled with tradition required me to break out of the mold, which wasn’t always easy. I had to challenge existing systems, implement new ideas, and constantly ask, ‘How can I make this better for my agents and clients?’ There were moments of doubt and even resistance from people who weren’t ready for change. But those moments fueled me to push harder because I believed—and still believe—that real estate can be done better.

The struggles have made the victories even sweeter. Each challenge has helped shape who I am today—more determined, more innovative, and even more committed to helping others succeed.
