Hi Jessica, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey began in the fast-paced city of Los Angeles, working for a high-end luxury athleisure company. While the experience was valuable, I quickly realized I wasn’t meant to work for someone else. I felt unfulfilled, stagnant, and knew deep down that I was made for more. Around the same time, I was going through a major health transition—getting my body back to a strong, healthy place became my focus, and that passion led me to start my first business in fitness and wellness.
Through coaching clients in health, I discovered something even deeper: I had a gift for helping people see their true potential and step into the best version of themselves. This realization shifted my path from fitness coaching to life, leadership, and business coaching. I became obsessed with identity transformation—the process of becoming the person who can create the success, wealth, and impact they desire.
Today, I help visionary entrepreneurs, coaches, and healers break through their inner blocks, build powerful brands, and step into their next level with confidence. My journey has been one of bold decisions, deep self-trust, and continuously choosing to follow my purpose—even when the path wasn’t clear. And that’s exactly what I help others do.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—but that’s what made the journey so powerful. One of my biggest struggles was figuring everything out on my own. While my background in social media from the fashion industry gave me an edge in building my brand, running a business required a whole new level of learning, decision-making, and resilience.
Beyond the external challenges, the biggest hurdles were my own internal blocks. I had to face and move through resistance, self-doubt, and the fear of truly being seen. Redefining success on my own terms and paving a path that didn’t exist before was both terrifying and liberating. But every challenge pushed me deeper into my purpose, proving that the biggest breakthroughs come from leaning into the discomfort and trusting yourself fully.
