Hi Inara, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The journey to where I am today has felt more like a rollercoaster ride—full of ups, downs, and unexpected twists. My ambition, combined with the circumstances around me, led me to make choices that shaped my path. Along the way, I’ve experienced the good, the bad, and the unknown, all of which have been necessary to get me to this point. Each setback has been a lesson, teaching me to never give up and to push through even when times were tough.
Owning my photography studio, Thoughts and Days, is a reflection of that journey. It’s been a space for me to explore my creativity, embrace the childlike wonder within, and bring that vision to life. This studio isn’t just mine; it was created to offer other visionaries the same opportunity—to explore their ideas, push their boundaries, and create something meaningful.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There were certainly challenges along the journey, but each one was preparing me for the next breakthrough. Taking risks and stepping into uncharted territory can be intimidating, especially when no one around you has done it before, but it’s the only way to move forward and bring about change—not just in your own life, but in the lives of others as well.

Thoughts and Days is a photography studio that specializes in self-portrait sessions, studio rentals, and creative branding services. While we’re recognized for our self-portrait and studio rental offerings, our unique location within the historic Oak Cliff Assembly landmark truly sets us apart, providing a backdrop for limitless creativity.
