Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all—it’s been a journey of growth, learning, and determination. When I first left the corporate healthcare world to start my own agency, there was a lot of uncertainty. I had the knowledge and experience, but building a business from the ground up is a different challenge. There were moments of doubt, times when I questioned if I was making the right moves, and the learning curve of entrepreneurship was real.
But once I fully committed and got focused on my mission—helping seniors and individuals make informed Medicare and life insurance decisions—everything started to fall into place. The biggest turning point for me was having my mom as my mentor. She has always been my source of truth, keeping me grounded and guiding me with wisdom and experience. Her support and insight propelled me to the next level, giving me the confidence to navigate challenges and build a business that truly serves people. Looking back, every struggle was just a stepping stone to where I am today.

First and foremost, my mom has been my greatest mentor and source of truth. She has always been my guiding light, offering wisdom, encouragement, and tough love when needed. Her experience and insight helped me navigate challenges, stay focused, and push past any doubts. She truly propelled me to the next level.
I also have to credit my incredible clients. They aren’t just customers; they are the heart of my business. Their trust, referrals, and stories fuel my passion and remind me why I do what I do. Every time I help someone find the right Medicare plan or secure life insurance for their family, I know I’m making a real impact.
Additionally, I’ve had some amazing industry peers and mentors who have shared valuable knowledge, offered support, and encouraged me to grow beyond what I thought was possible.
