Hi Roohi, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My journey started in the medical field as a doctor, but after marriage and kids, I took a step back to focus on my family. While managing my husband’s clinic, our home, and raising my children, I realized that my passion for helping others never faded. With the emergence of social media, Instagram provided me the opportunity to help people by sharing my knowledge—to inspire and remind everyone that life doesn’t stop after certain milestones. You can always chase your dreams and do what you love, no matter where you are in life!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course not! It has been a journey full of ups and downs. Balancing family life, managing my husband’s medical practice, and raising three teens while trying to stay connected to my own aspirations has been challenging. At times, it felt overwhelming, but I’m incredibly lucky to have a very supportive husband. No matter what I want to do, he always encourages me and stands by my side. My kids also play a big role in motivating me. Right now, whatever I am, it’s because of the love and support of my whole family.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I work full-time in medical billing and coding while also pursuing my passion as a content creator and social media influencer. Both roles are demanding, but alongside them, I manage my family and kids. What sets me apart is my ability to balance multiple responsibilities while staying committed to my goals. I take pride in inspiring others..showing that you can reinvent yourself at any stage in life and pursue different passions without limitations.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
You wouldn’t guess it, but alongside my love for fashion, styling, and makeup, I’m a total foodie! Cooking up delicious meals and discovering new restaurants is my kind of adventure.
