Thanks for sharing your story with us Amy. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I’m a born and raised Texas girl all the way. As a decorative painter, I love to make things pretty (including myself) so when I was presented with the opportunity to launch an on-line boutique,which seemed like the perfect fit, I went for it. I love clothes, shoes, accessories and run on lots and lots of creamer (with a touch of coffee).
Has it been a smooth road?
We launched in November, so we’re still in the growing process. Navigating social media and finding my ideal customers is something I’m learning as I go. Women’s clothing is extremely competitive so finding your niche market of loyal customers takes time.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the FOMO Fashion story. Tell us more about the business.
FOMO Fashion specializes in trendy affordable online women’s fashion. By offering free shipping and returns, our customers can shop and try on items in the comfort of their own home and save the time and hassle of shopping at the local mall.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I think online shopping is going to continue to replace traditional malls. Families are busier than ever and being able to shop from anywhere makes online shopping a value-add.
