Exploring Life & Business with Frankie Molinelli of Crazy Stupid Lust

Today we’d like to introduce you to Frankie Molinelli.

Hi Frankie, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My story began in a place I never thought I’d rise from — caught in a cycle of porn addiction, shame, and isolation. For years, I tried to fight it alone, constantly slipping back into the same patterns. It wasn’t just about quitting something harmful — it was about reclaiming who I really was underneath all that pain. And in the middle of that darkness, I had a realization that changed everything: what had once been my deepest struggle… was becoming my greatest strength.

I started to speak up. Not as someone who had all the answers, but as someone who finally stopped hiding. That’s when Crazy Stupid Lust was born — a platform where I could share my journey, help others feel seen, and show that healing is possible. I mix faith, science, honesty, and a little humor to create content that meets people where they are, and points them toward something better.

Today, what began as a YouTube channel is growing into a full movement. I’ve launched a powerful workbook, 30 Days to Freedom, and I’m dreaming even bigger — building a podcast studio right here in Dallas, a space where raw, real conversations can help more people rise above addiction and rebuild their lives.

This isn’t just entrepreneurship to me — it’s redemption. It’s using everything I’ve been through to lift others up.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not a smooth road. If anything, it’s been a road paved with some of the hardest moments of my life.

A few years ago, my wife was diagnosed with brain cancer. She’s undergone two craniotomies — and walking through that with her has been both heartbreaking and sacred. Watching the person you love fight for her life… it changes you. And for someone like me, who used to run to porn or distraction to cope with pain, it brought everything to the surface.

There were moments I slipped. Moments I wanted to escape the weight of it all. But every time I fell, I got back up. I’d ask myself the same question that’s carried me through this journey: Does this align with your values? Is this who you really want to be? That question became a compass when everything else felt chaotic.

Slowly, I taught myself to stop running. To sit with the pain instead of numbing it. To let the heartbreak do its work in me. And the crazy thing is — that’s what made me stronger. That’s what set me free. Porn no longer has power over me because I no longer fear my own pain. I know how to face it now. Its not fear that guides me, but love.

There were so many times I wanted to quit. So many days I questioned whether I was really making a difference. But through it all, my wife has been my anchor. Even while fighting for her own healing, she’s always believed in mine. She’s been behind this mission 100%, cheering me on when I had nothing left in the tank. That kind of love changes a man.

So no, it hasn’t been easy. But I wouldn’t trade any of it. Because the road may be hard, but it’s led me exactly where I’m meant to be. And I know I can make a difference in this world.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Crazy Stupid Lust is more than just a brand — it’s a movement. It’s a space for people who are struggling with porn addiction and lust to find real hope, real tools, and real healing. I combine faith, science, and raw personal experience to help people rise above the habits that keep them stuck, and start building the life they were meant for.

What sets Crazy Stupid Lust apart is the honesty. I don’t pretend to be perfect or preach from a distance — I speak as someone who’s been in it. Someone who knows how isolating this struggle can feel. I’m not here to shame anyone — I’m here to walk with them. To show them that freedom is possible, even if they’ve failed a hundred times before.

Right now, our main focus is content and community. I’ve built a YouTube series called Lust Free Logs, where I share short, real-talk videos about the journey of quitting porn and staying free. I also recently launched a 30-day digital workbook, 30 Days to Freedom, which gives people a practical, step-by-step path to break free — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

What I’m most proud of is how personal this brand feels. People message me saying, “I feel like you’re speaking directly to me.” That means everything. Because that’s the heart of it — I want every person who comes across Crazy Stupid Lust to feel less alone. To feel empowered. To feel like they’re finally being seen and understood.

Looking ahead, I’m building toward something even bigger — a full podcast and creative studio right here in Dallas. A space where we can host honest conversations, bring on guests, and create content that helps people heal in real time.

At the end of the day, Crazy Stupid Lust exists to remind people that no matter how far they’ve fallen, they can rise. They can rebuild. And they’re not alone.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is this: healing comes when you stop running from pain and start sitting with it.

For so long, I thought strength meant avoiding the hard stuff — numbing it, distracting from it, pretending it didn’t hurt. But true strength is the opposite. It’s being willing to feel everything… to face the heartbreak, the fear, the shame — and choose not to run.

I’ve also learned that change doesn’t come from one big breakthrough. It’s a thousand little moments where you ask yourself, “Is this who I want to be?” That question became my compass. Every time I slipped, every time life knocked me down, I came back to that. And slowly, it reshaped me.

This journey has taught me that your biggest struggle can become your greatest gift if you’re willing to walk through the fire. What once made me feel broken is now what fuels my purpose. And that’s something I carry with me every single day.
