Honestly, I started this business because I went through it myself. My credit wasn’t always the best, and I didn’t have anyone to guide me. I had to figure it out on my own! reading, researching, and learning how the credit system really works.
As I started fixing my own credit, people around me noticed and began asking for help. That’s when I realized there’s a real need for this. So many people want better credit but don’t know where to start or who to trust.
So I turned that knowledge into a business. Now, I help others avoid the mistakes I made, repair their credit, and work toward their financial goals. It’s been a learning experience for sure, but seeing clients get approved for a home, a car, or just feel less stressed about their finances, that’s what keeps me going.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. I’ve faced a lot of challenges along the way. One of the biggest struggles has been dealing with credit bureaus sending out stall letters instead of doing proper investigations. That can be really frustrating when you know your client deserves better.
On top of that, patience can be tough for both me and my clients. Some clients want overnight results, and it’s hard when they don’t follow through on the advice I give, like not opening new accounts or ignoring budgeting tips that could really help them.
And like any small business, getting new clients hasn’t always been easy either. There were times I doubted myself, but I kept pushing because I believe in what I’m doing. Every challenge has made me stronger and more knowledgeable, and I’ve learned how to keep growing through it all.
