Hi Meagan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Growing up, my father established this business with the intention of passing it down to his daughters for future management upon his retirement. I have been actively involved in the Insurance business for several years now and find great fulfillment in working alongside my family. After obtaining my license at 19, I stepped into the Agency and embraced the opportunity to contribute to our family’s business. At TMG Insurance Agency, we offer a comprehensive range of insurance policies, including home, auto, landlord, umbrella, and rental insurance, among others. I am excited to be a part of this generational success and look forward to continuing our family’s tradition in the industry!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
In some ways, the. transition has been smooth, while in others it has posed challenges. I graduated High School In 2021 during the peak of Covid-19. Moving from completing my high school education from my bedroom to working full-time was a significant adjustment. Additionally, I had to learn to separate my home life and my work life. Over the years, we have definitely figured out our rhythm. Ultimately, I wouldn’t want to be in any other business. I get to work with the people I love everyday!

Who else deserves credit in your story?
Through the trails and tribulations of balancing work and home, my dad, Chris Farr, has been the driving force behind my journey and achievements. He has truly been an inspiration the way he is able to maintain balance in his life. He has been patient, lenient, and allowed me to continue to be me while teaching me some of the most valuable lessons in life. He has been my teacher in nearly every aspect from volunteering in the children’s Sunday school, to coaching my ASA volleyball teams, and now finally, my Mentor for the family business. I aspire to one day posses as much integrity and wisdom as he does.
