Hi Enedelia, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hi! I am Enedelia, privilege to be here, I am a Latina born and raised in Dallas Texas, I am the owner of E.M Notary Ink. I specialize as a certified commissioned Mobile Notary Public and Loan signing agent servicing the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
I graduated with a major in Business Administration and since college I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur at that time I just didn’t quite know what field that journey would be in.
In March of 2021 I attended Boss Beauty Makeup Academy in Dallas, where I graduated with my Professional Makeup Artist certificate, I was very excited, however I later discovered that while I am a makeup enthusiast and makeup is an interest of mine, it was just not my true passion.
During this time I had began employment at a newborn adoption agency where I was accountable for audits and compliance as well as facilitated cases with the in house legal attorney dealing with the parental terminations as well as confirming all the legal documentation were notarized accurately for the courts, I attended all the termination court cases and had to swear in front of the judge for each case that every case was in fact true and accurate as it was stated on legal documentation. It was in this field that I realized that my true passion was in the notary public services profession, during my four years with the agency I discovered I very much enjoyed this aspect of each case. Most of the tasks I was accountable for at the agency required a huge amount of attention to detail, which I pride myself on accuracy & being detail oriented, I am now using these same attributes in my notary business. My career path has been a merge of business executive management and legal, for me Notary Public Services is the perfect blend of the two.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It absolutely has not been a smooth road, being an entrepreneur is very rewarding but it can also be challenging at times, one of the challenges is maintaining every aspect of business/personal life in balance, at times having to sacrifice and miss out on certain activities to focus on my business, nevertheless I always do my best to prioritize family, health, and fitness, it is a must to ensure I remain aligned and coordinated. It can certainly be hectic at times, above all I have learned a great deal by having my own business, it is self-fulfilling to look back and see how far I have come & achieved, you become a lifelong learner and appreciate every step of the way.

E.M Notary Ink provides notary public services; I am authorized to witness the signing of important documents, confirming that everyone is signing willingly and knowingly. I also ensure the authenticity and validity of documents to prevent fraud while protecting the integrity of all transactions. I run a mobile notary business, providing services directly to clients whether that’s at their home, office, hospital room, or even at a local coffee shop, I offer the flexibility to make it simpler for people with busy schedules, mobility issues, or last-minute needs.
I offer bilingual services; fluent in two languages, English and Spanish. I am proud to be able to communicate with my clients in their preferred language to facilitate their needs and create a supportive environment, where they can feel confident and informed.
I am also a certified loan signing agent, trained to guide borrowers through mortgage documents during real estate closings and refinances, I take pride in making the process smooth, accurate and stress free for all parties involved.
The documents I handle are any type of general notary documents i.e. acknowledgments, jurats, contracts, affidavits, auto title transfers. parental consent of minor.
Real estate loan signings i.e. Mortgage refinances, purchase loans, seller packages, reverse mortgages, HELOC’s
Estate planning documents such as wills, living trusts, power of attorney and healthcare directives and many more.
I provide services to the community, attorneys, escrow officers and businesses my goal is to provide top notch prompt and professional same day service while providing outstanding customer service. Whether I’m notarizing a single signature or handling a full loan package, my goal is to make the process convenient, clear and secure.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I have learned as an entrepreneur is you wear many different hats, the owner, accountant, marketing rep, administrator, social media manager and the list goes on. You are responsible for all aspects of the business and how well the business thrives. The success of a business is your own responsibility, you are basically the architect of your business. For me planning is key to ensure I stay organized with all the different roles in my business.
My father taught me you can do anything you put your mind to, he has always been my #1 supporter, and I know he continues to cheer me on from heaven, and I will continue to make him proud. Just as the values my father taught me, Integrity, respect, compassion and trustworthiness I now pass on those same values to my son and teach him that he is capable to conquer any goal he sets for himself. In life always challenge yourself, never stop learning and continue to make your self-better each day.
Despite the occasional business challenges, the positives by far outweigh them, it is a privilege to assist individuals and businesses with their notary transactions during some of the most significant moments of their lives.
