Hi Simon , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Growing up, I was always passionate about community service and justice. Volunteering at local associations and churches and speaking out on social issues ignited my desire to make a broader impact. After witnessing firsthand the struggles of my community, then joined a grassroots organization, advocating for change and listening to people’s concerns. Inspired by these experiences, I ran for local office, eager to bring tangible solutions and now, I see politics as a powerful way to create lasting positive change in my community.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My journey has not been smooth, facing obstacles within family, friends, neighbors, and the community. Despite these challenges, I have also encountered incredible individuals who have encouraged and uplifted me. Their support has strengthened my resolve to pursue my passion of serving the country. I am grateful for the positive influence of those who believed in me, inspiring me to keep moving forward even during difficult times. Their kindness and encouragement remind me that perseverance and dedication can overcome any adversity. I remain committed to my goal of making a meaningful difference, fueled by the support and faith of those around me.

I am grateful for my natural creativity and artistry, which shaped my identity and led me to build a successful event planning business that I operated for 16 years. Over the years, I honed my skills in organization, innovation, and leadership. Recently, I chose to shift my career path and serve my nation by joining the government. I am proud of my entrepreneurial achievements and excited to contribute to public service. My goal is to leverage my experience and passion to make a meaningful difference, support community development, and help create positive change for the people I serve.
Any big plans?
In the future, I plan to pursue higher education to enhance my skills and knowledge. I aim to find a fulfilling career that aligns with my passions, allowing me to make a positive impact. I want to travel and explore new cultures to broaden my perspective. Building strong relationships with family and friends is also important to me. I hope to develop good habits, stay healthy, and remain committed to personal growth. Saving and investing wisely will help me achieve financial stability. Ultimately, my goal is to live a balanced, meaningful life filled with learning, adventure, and happiness.
