Meet Tricia Adesanya of Tricia Adesanya Wellness LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tricia Adesanya.

Hi Tricia, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
In the heart of Fort Worth, where innovation meets community, I planted the seeds of a vision that had lived within me for years. In February 2025, that vision became reality—Tricia Adesanya Wellness LLC was born.

Wellness has never been a trend for me; it’s been a constant rhythm in my life. It goes beyond fitness or food—true wellness is about wholeness. I believe emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, social, and occupational health all require care and intention to live a life that’s not just sustainable but truly enjoyable.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, a Master’s degree in Public Health, and over ten years of experience as a Career Tech Teacher, I learned how to educate, lead, and help others grow. The classroom taught me how to create structured opportunities. Business taught me how to take risks and build from the ground up. But it’s my passion for living well—and helping others do the same—that led me to open the doors of my own wellness space.

When I found the perfect location in Fort Worth, it felt like everything was aligning. It wasn’t just a building; it was the foundation for something meaningful. Inside these walls, I began creating more than programs—I built a community. From workshops and classes to healing-centered experiences, this space was designed to inspire hope, empowerment, and transformation.

But I didn’t want to keep this vision to myself. I opened the space to other entrepreneurs, giving them the opportunity to grow their businesses by hosting positive programming that aligns with the values of wellness. Whether it’s a meditation session, a business development workshop, or a financial literacy class, my goal is to create a launchpad for growth—with wellness always at the center.

Tricia Adesanya Wellness may be new, but the foundation runs deep. This isn’t just a business—it’s the embodiment of my life’s purpose: to live fully, intentionally, and to help others do the same.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
In the second week of opening Tricia Adesanya Wellness LLC, I faced a challenge that tested me in ways I never expected. I had just opened my doors and was filled with excitement and hope. Eager to build connections and serve the community, I welcomed a potential client into my space. Unfortunately, that decision ended up costing me more than I could have imagined.

This individual took advantage of my newness to business—something I now realize many entrepreneurs experience early on. Not only did they damage my business location, but their actions pulled me into an ongoing legal battle that has consumed time, energy, and focus. It was disheartening, distracting, and at times, made me question everything I was trying to build.

But from this painful experience came clarity. It was a wake-up call—one that taught me how important it is to protect what you’re building. My advice to any new business owner is this: be very careful about who you allow into your space. Don’t let eagerness override your boundaries. And if you’re unsure about any policy or agreement, don’t hesitate to consult legal counsel. It may feel like an upfront cost, but trust me—it can save you far more in the long run.

Although this was a hard lesson, I’m grateful for it. It forced me to make real changes in how I run my business. I’ve since put stronger policies in place, become more intentional with partnerships, and now operate with a new level of wisdom and discernment. What was meant to derail me has only strengthened my foundation—and I’m more committed than ever to building something that lasts.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Tricia Adesanya Wellness LLC?
Tricia Adesanya Wellness, LLC is a wellness-focused enterprise committed to empowering individuals and communities to thrive across all dimensions of wellness—physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, occupational, and social. Through curated programming and strategic initiatives, we support holistic well-being by providing accessible opportunities for growth, education, and connection.

One of our key initiatives, The Local Collective, is a small business incubator located at 1201 Evans Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas (Suites XXL). This initiative emphasizes occupational wellness, offering entrepreneurs and small business owners the tools and space to succeed. Our Suite XXL serves as an 18-person capacity meeting and classroom space, available for business owners to host workshops, classes, and events that promote their brand and engage the community. Additionally, we offer growth-focused programming such as marketing training to help business owners build strong, sustainable foundations.

Tricia Adesanya Wellness, LLC is thrilled to announce the launch of our very own Podcast Studio — right inside our Fort Worth location! This exciting addition isn’t just about creating content — it’s about creating opportunity. Through our upcoming summer program initiative, we’ll be training youth in the art of podcasting, giving them hands-on experience with equipment, production, and storytelling. They’ll have a dedicated space to practice, create, and grow their voices.

We believe wellness includes creative expression, skill-building, and empowerment—and this program is designed to do just that. Let’s give our youth the mic—and watch what happens when they’re heard.

We’re excited to share another powerful expansion at Tricia Adesanya Wellness, LLC — an upcoming collaboration to host Art Therapy sessions for both youth and adults within our space. This unique partnership is more than just creative expression — it’s a pathway to healing. Through art, we’re able to tap into the deeper parts of ourselves, uncover truth, and begin the journey of growth and transformation.

We believe wellness is multidimensional, and these sessions will allow participants to explore emotions, process experiences, and foster personal development in a safe, supportive environment. We can’t wait for our community to experience firsthand how art is not only a form of therapy—it’s a key to the soul.

What does success mean to you?
To me, success is not measured by titles, income, or accolades—it’s defined by the impact you leave behind. When it’s time to leave this world, the real question is: Did you leave it better than you found it?

Did you create a positive ripple in the lives of others?
Did you give your all—leaving nothing on the table?
Did your presence, your work, your life matter in a way that endures?

If you can answer yes to those questions, then you’ve achieved something greater than success—you’ve fulfilled your purpose.

True success is about living fully, serving boldly, and leaving a legacy that reflects the reason you were born. It’s not just about what you do; it’s about who you become—and what the world gains because you were here.
