Community Highlights: Meet Brittany Hymes of Wealth Pro Tax Consultants, Wealth Financial Solutions & The Wealth Holdings Company

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Hymes.

Hi Brittany, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Like many people, I’ve always known I was meant for more. I couldn’t explain it as a child, but I felt it deeply—I knew I was destined for greatness. Growing up in a small town in Louisiana, I used to dream about being on TV, living a life of luxury, and having the kind of freedom that wealth provides. At the time, I didn’t understand the full weight of those dreams—I just knew I wanted more than what I saw around me.

But my story took a very real, traumatic turn. Eleven years ago, a woman tried to kill me. This wasn’t a random accident—I was intentionally run over by a car. The injuries were devastating: I broke both hips, shattered my pelvis, and dislocated and impacted my right arm. Doctors told me I would be in a wheelchair for over a year. But I was out of it in two and a half months. I had to relearn how to walk and live through unimaginable pain, but I was determined. That moment reshaped everything for me. I knew I hadn’t survived for no reason.

After that, I dabbled in credit and wealth-building, but without a mentor, I struggled to get traction. So I pivoted into modeling. About nine years ago, I auditioned for a televised opportunity in Los Angeles and was selected out of more than 1,000 women—only 12 were chosen. But when it came time to raise the $4,500 required to attend, I couldn’t secure the support I needed from my community. It was heartbreaking. That disappointment pushed me to relocate to Dallas.

That was seven years ago. Once I got to Dallas, I pursued the entertainment industry again. I auditioned, connected with celebrities, and got close to major opportunities—but once again, things fell through. It was disheartening. I knew I had a purpose, so why hadn’t my breakthrough arrived?

Still, I kept going. Five years ago, I entered the tax industry. My first year was rough—I had a mentor who wasn’t a good fit—but by my second year, I had found someone who truly helped me grow. I focused on mastering marketing, improving client retention, and building trust. Since then, I’ve built a successful, thriving tax business. And that was just the beginning.

Today, I also run businesses in credit, business funding, and government contracts. I mentor others, and I’ve stepped into public speaking because I know my story deserves to be heard.

And I’m far from done. I have a multi-trillion dollar product launching soon that will make a global impact—so when the press release drops, just know this is only the beginning.

This journey has never been about luck—it’s been about vision, grit, and the unshakable belief that I was born to lead.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely not. Nothing about this journey has been smooth—and honestly, I wouldn’t want it to be. The struggle built me.

One of the biggest battles I’ve had to fight was survival—literally. Being intentionally run over and left with life-altering injuries changed everything. That wasn’t just physical recovery—it was emotional, mental, and spiritual. I had to rebuild my body and my belief in myself at the same time.

Then came the heartbreaks—the missed opportunities, the lack of support, the closed doors after I’d done everything right. I’ve had to face rejection not just from strangers, but from my own community, which cut even deeper. There were so many moments where it felt like I was so close, only to watch things fall apart at the last second.

I’ve had the wrong mentors. I’ve lost time and money. I’ve been overlooked, underestimated, and counted out more times than I can remember.

But every “no,” every delay, every setback taught me how to move smarter, speak louder, and build stronger. I had to learn how to keep going without applause. I had to develop confidence without validation. And I had to trust the vision that was given to me, even when no one else could see it yet.

This road has been anything but easy. But the beauty of it? It gave me a story that can’t be duplicated.

We’ve been impressed with Wealth Pro Tax Consultants , Wealth Financial Solutions & The holding company is The Wealth Holdings Company, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At the core of everything I do is one mission: to help people elevate financially, strategically, and generationally. I’m the founder of Wealth Pro Tax Consultants, and through that I’ve built a reputation as a powerhouse in the tax and financial education space. I specialize in tax preparation, business funding, credit repair, and financial mentorship — but that’s only the surface. What I’m truly known for is transformation.

My brand is about helping people shift out of survival mode and step into structure, clarity, and strategy — especially in communities that have been overlooked or underserved. I’m not just here to file your taxes or clean your credit. I’m here to help you build legacy-level wealth and actually understand how to maintain it.

What sets me apart is how I blend luxury with literacy. I bring high-level financial strategy to the everyday person, and I make it feel accessible, elevated, and empowering. Whether you’re a first-time business owner or a high-earning entrepreneur, I meet you where you are and help you grow from there — without judgment, without fluff, and without the typical transactional energy people are used to in this industry.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of how authentic and transformational my work has become. I’ve built a company that’s rooted in real impact. I don’t just want clients — I want success stories.

I also recently launched The Brittany Standard™, my personal brand as a luxury wealth strategist and public speaker. Through that, I offer VIP experiences, corporate wealth wellness, and financial speaking engagements that are designed to educate and elevate — all with a high-end, holistic approach.

But this is only the beginning. I’m currently building a multi-brand empire that includes real estate, banking, security, and nonprofit initiatives. Every single branch of my work is designed to pour back into people, communities, and futures. Whether you’re booking a service, attending a workshop, or just following the movement — when you encounter my brand, you walk away better than you came.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Honestly, most of my experience comes from trial, error, and execution. I didn’t have a trust fund or a blueprint — I had to figure it out by getting in the game, taking risks, and learning as I went. That’s still how I move.

I’ve been blessed with an incredible mentor who’s helped me level up both personally and professionally. And I constantly study other industry leaders — not to copy, but to learn how they lead, move, and build. I’m a student of behavior and strategy.

When it comes to books, I don’t really read the trendy business stuff — I’m more drawn to the deeper thinkers. I love the work of Carl Jung — understanding the mind, the subconscious, the inner world — and Robert Greene, who teaches the psychology of power, human nature, and mastery. I apply that type of knowledge directly to my business and my brand.

I’m not someone who gets all their information from podcasts or blogs. I learn by watching, doing, evaluating, and refining. The way I absorb information is rooted in observation and reflection — and that’s what’s helped me stay ahead and in alignment.

I believe real wisdom doesn’t just come from reading — it comes from living. And I’ve lived enough to know that experience is the best teacher you can have.
