An Inspired Chat with Claudia Galvez

We recently had the chance to connect with Claudia Galvez and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Claudia, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity. While intelligence and energy are both powerful tools, without integrity, they can be misused. In my line of work as a private investigator, people trust me with sensitive information and rely on me to seek the truth. That trust means everything. Integrity guides my decisions, keeps me grounded, and ensures that no matter how complex a case gets, I never lose sight of doing what’s right. Intelligence helps me solve problems, energy keeps me going, but integrity defines who I am and how I serve others.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Claudia Galvez I’m a licensed Private Investigator and Process Server with a law degree. I’ve been working in Investigations since 2015.

I’m the founder and CEO of G SPY UNIT PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS LLC based in Fort Worth Texas. We serve a wide range of clients, including Individuals, Law Firms, Insurance Companies, and Businesses. Our services include Surveillance, Infidelity Investigations, Child Custody Disputes, Undercover Investigations, Insurance Investigations, Vehicle Sightings, Background Checks, Locating Missing Persons, GPS Tracking, Assets Research and other specialized cases based on client’s needs. We specialized in delivering results, with precision, professionalism, and confidentiality.

What sets G SPY UNIT Private Investigators apart is our commitment to uncovering the truth while protecting our clients’ privacy. We handle every case with dedication, accuracy, and discretion.

At G SPY UNIT Private Investigators we don’t just take cases. We take them personally-this is not just a job,it’s a mission.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who taught you the most about work?
I learned the most about work by observing my father. Growing up, I watched him handle Investigation cases. He worked high-profile cases, and as a child, I was fascinated by his ability to bring truth to light and stand strong under pressure. I saw the impact he made in people’s lives, and I knew early on that I wanted to follow in his footsteps. That passion led me to earn a law degree and eventually become a Private Investigator. It’s not just about solving cases — it’s about helping people find answers when they feel lost or powerless. His dedication to uncovering the truth shaped the way I work today and inspired me to build G SPY UNIT Private Investigators with those same values at its core.

Do you remember a time someone truly listened to you?
Yes. I remember being a child and watching my father work on investigations. He didn’t say much while he worked—but one day, I asked him how he knew who was telling the truth. He stopped what he was doing, looked right at me, and said, “Because I listen—not just to words, but to what’s behind them.

That moment stayed with me. He wasn’t just listening to me—he was teaching me something about human behavior, about truth, and about the kind of focus this work demands.

Now, as the founder of G SPY UNIT Private Investigators, that lesson guides everything I do. Investigations aren’t about assumptions—they’re about listening, observing, and uncovering the facts. It all started with that one moment, when someone truly listened to me—and showed me the power of listening in return.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
One of the biggest lies in the private investigation industry is that it’s all about catching dramatic moments or exposing secrets. In reality, most investigations require patience, persistence, and a deep understanding of human behavior. Another false belief is that flashy equipment or technology alone gets results—but the real skill is knowing how to listen, observe, and connect the dots.

At G SPY UNIT Private Investigators, we focus on evidence.. We don’t sell drama—we deliver facts. That’s what truly helps our clients, and that’s what the industry should be proud of.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people say that I built something that mattered—that G SPY UNIT Private Investigators helped people find the truth when they needed it most. I want to be remembered as someone who worked with integrity, who never gave up on a case, and who gave clients peace of mind when everything else felt uncertain.

It’s not about fame or recognition. It’s about doing the work the right way, with precision, ethics, and care. If people say I stood for truth and delivered results that changed lives, that’s the legacy I want to leave behind.
