Hi Lane, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Yes! Completing and launching new projects. I’m excited about collaboration and new brand deals! I feel very proud of all of it.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Lane, an artist who blends music, literature, and visual storytelling into work that’s all about connection and wonder. I break boundaries between art forms, turning experiences into songs, stories into images, and ideas into moments that spark emotion. Right now, I’m creating new music and my goal is simple: to make art that leaves people feeling more alive. Recently, I was blessed to collaborate with Marcus Cole of AnimarMusic Group on a song called, “Something About Your Love.” Check it out for free on my website www.laneshia.com.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
The thing that breaks bonds between people in my opinion is lying, lack of trust and compromised safety. Restoration with this type of trauma is certainly subjective.
When you were sad or scared as a child, what helped?
Music! Until I was able to travel on my own, music has always been a beautiful escape!

I’d like to say that my friends would say that being kind and caring for people sincerely really matters to me.

I feel most at peace when I’m traveling and/or having new experiences.
