We recently had the chance to connect with Eddie Wiewel, Realtor and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Eddie, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Breakfast, puppies, working out / cardio, reflection, follow-up and budget the day!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Eddie Wiewel, Realtor.
I approach real estate and advising clients more from a “wealth manager” role.
Our brand is founded on the principles of:
– Integrity
– Customer Service
– Consistency
Rather than specializing on a specific asset class, I help individuals and small businesses with their real estate holdings.
Whether that be a first-time purchaser, seasoned investor looking to divest or expand their rental portfolio or helping a high-net worth client diversify beyond stocks into land or net-lease investments– the goal is to make real investing achievable to everyone.
Having experienced nearly $10,000,000 worth of real estate acquisitions, sales and leasing that include asset classes such as residential homesteads and rental properties, land, commercial retail, office and industrial — we’ll be ready to assist you!
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
When people don’t lead with the values:
– Integrity
– Customer Service
– Consistency
How can you maintain a relationship with anyone, whether it be personal, romantic or professional if you don’t have these values in-mind?
– (Integrity) Truthfulness and clarity with the person
– (Customer Service) Kindness and approaching the relationship from a place of service– not just “what can I get”
– (Consistency) Showing up daily– not just when you need something but when they need you
It’s a challenge to restore this bond once it’s been broken– my recommendation and learning from failed experiences would be — do your best to not cross these lines / boundaries!
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Your resilience, fortitude, perseverance and creativity will be great assets in the future– keep growing and work to minimize your ego.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
I’m a 50/50 introvert / extrovert.
When I’m in public, it’s absolutely part of who I am and wouldn’t be the same with out my social-side.
However, I also need time to introspect, pray and think daily.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Have you ever gotten what you wanted, and found it did not satisfy you?
Working my “corporate dream job” at a real estate investment firm and realizing it wasn’t for me.
The creativity, flexibility and control of entrepreneurship (as an independent Realtor)– despite the myriad of challenges was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
