David De Leon of North Dallas on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We’re looking forward to introducing you to David De Leon . Check out our conversation below.

Good morning David , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
“What I’m most proud of building in silence is the ability to challenge myself, to test my limits, and to become a better person every day. It’s about trusting the process, being patient, and allowing time for those efforts to bear fruit. At the end of the day, those fruits are personal satisfactions—and they’ve taught me that patience is the key to success.”

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
**“We are working to awaken consciousness in this social world.
As a society, we often find ourselves trapped in routines and habits,
driven by the needs of our surroundings.
We are carried away by emotions and the endless stream of information around us,
blinding us to the truth.
And when truth does confront us, it offends, shocks, or frightens us—
so much that we often choose to turn away,
leaving ourselves deprived of reality.

My name is David De Leon, and I invite you to join me on this path—
to help raise awareness among adults today,
so that together we can shape a brighter future for the children of tomorrow.

This new Morart collection marks the intention to generate funds
and to build charitable collaborations
with institutions dedicated entirely to future generations—
the children who will inherit our world.”**

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
“God” reveals Himself in subtle ways, placing markers on our journey—reminders like this that light the way 👊😎🔥.”

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
“Do not waste time—
squeeze it, maximize it.
Time is limited,
and focusing on the positive is the key to surviving each day,
and to discovering the path of your true intention.”

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
**“Absolutley , I have never lost my essence—it has always run through my veins.
Essence is that gift you are born with.
Everyone who truly knows me understands exactly who I am.
I can still hear my father’s words: ‘Never stop being yourself.’
He was speaking of that inner feeling, that sixth sense,
that vibration that keeps you at ease with your own being 👊😎.

We have all felt it—
those moments of feeling perfectly in tune,
and others where we feel out of place,
depending on the stage life places us upon.”**

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What pain do you resist facing directly?
“The deepest pain of regret is not failure itself,
but the choice to stop trying—
whether in the personal, the emotional, or the professional realms of life.”
