Hi Chelsea , thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Brownie Points was something I had my heart on since I was introduced to beauty. I remember being in the hallway of the bathroom watching my mom get ready. She was beautiful, but makeup showed how you could enhance your natural beauty. I started off doing makeup & I eventually decided I could make my own brand. I did the research & started. It was hard, but when I decided to stick with the vision everything else just clicked. I wanted to create a brand that was affordable and luxurious. My product speaks for itself. Although I am just beginning, I have plans to be in all major retail stores!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all. Marketing is one of the most important, yet challenging part of it. “Comparison is thief of joy” – You hear that often, but it truly gets in the way of your gift. As long as you write the vison – and stick to it, it will get easier. Also, trying to find quality products, it gets expensive, but look at it as an investment.

Brownie Points is an affordable and luxurious brand. Offering products from eyebrow pencils, lip gloss, and matte lipsticks – soon to add more products to our collection. I always get compliments on my eyebrows, so I wanted to create a product to emphasize just that. Right now, my lip products have taken the spotlight – with our number one seller being “Nova” a smooth and buttery brownish red color.
I am so proud of how far I’ve come, and the customers I have reached and yet to reach. The journey of becoming “Brownie Points”
Brownie Points will soon be a household name, for all! My product was specifically made for the underdog. Just to show that you can become whoever you dreamed to be.
