In 2016, my husband, Mark and I acquired what has now become our venue and home. The previous owner initially designed the space for birthday parties, but she quickly realized that its beautiful location, surrounded by lush trees and spacious open areas, made it ideal for weddings.
Over the past nine years, we have dedicated ourselves to enhancing every aspect of the venue. Our goal has been to create an unforgettable experience that guests will cherish for years to come. Each year, we undertake various projects aimed at improving our services and amenities, transitioning from short packages that lasted only a few hours to comprehensive two-day experiences that cater to the evolving needs and desires of our clients. Every improvement helps us create a remarkable atmosphere that sets us apart in the competitive events industry.
We take immense pride in the elegance and inviting ambiance of our venue, which serves as the perfect backdrop for any gathering. Moreover, we offer a variety of thoughtfully curated packages that include much more than just tables and chairs. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The world has experienced profound transformations and continues to evolve at a rapid pace. One of the most significant challenges facing business owners today is the need to adapt to these ongoing changes. The COVID-19 pandemic has notably affected various aspects of our operations, particularly our booking timeline. Previously, couples typically reserved their events 6 to 9 months in advance; however, many are now planning weddings 1 to 2 years ahead in response to the shifting landscape.
To cater to the needs of budget-conscious clients while still offering memorable experiences, we have developed intimate wedding packages. These packages are designed to provide couples with a personalized and cost-effective solution, featuring unique options that allow for elegance and intimacy without compromising on quality.

Mark has a background in management and sales, while I have a background in business and accounting. Our collaboration allows us to leverage each other’s strengths effectively. Mark manages construction, tours, and weddings, whereas I oversee interior design, planning sessions, social media, and accounting. It has been a blessing to work together to bring our venue to life.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
In our area, we cherish the tranquil charm of the countryside. The serene landscapes, with trees and lush green fields, create a peaceful backdrop that allows us to escape from the chaos of city life. The vibrant sounds of nature, rather than the blaring horns and busy streets, fill our days. For us, the lively pace of urban centers simply doesn’t resonate; we prefer the slower rhythm and warm community spirit that our rural surroundings provide.
