Hi Dr. Sheraye, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started in the tax and real estate space with a simple goal—helping people get their finances and homeownership dreams in order. What began as doing returns for a few clients quickly grew into running a tax firm, training other preparers, and eventually launching a service bureau. From there, I expanded into real estate, offering transaction coordination and Realtor services to streamline the buying and selling process. Today, I manage both businesses with a focus on growth, compliance, and making the process simple for clients and professionals alike.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like any business owner, I’ve faced challenges with scaling, learning how to delegate, and finding the right systems and people to support growth. There were moments when balancing multiple businesses and personal responsibilities felt overwhelming, but each challenge taught me valuable lessons in leadership, time management, and resilience.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory is pretending to run my own business. I would grab my mom’s briefcase, scribble on papers, and act like I was some big-time executive—it’s funny looking back now because it feels like I was manifesting what I do today.
