Hi Aldarylro, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
it’s great to be back with VoyageDallas! When I was first interviewed, The Link Ag3ncy was still in its early stages, born out of my passion for blending creative storytelling, branding, and digital strategy. I had a vision of building an agency that understood culture, not just marketing — and that’s what set the foundation.
Since that time, we’ve experienced tremendous growth. We launched a brand-new website (www.th3linkag3ncy.com) to better showcase our services, projects, and client success stories. I’ve also built a strong, diverse team that brings expertise in design, marketing, production, and project management — which allows us to serve clients more efficiently and at a much higher level.
To date, we’ve proudly worked with over 74 clients, ranging from local entrepreneurs and nonprofits to national brands, community events, and international projects. This growth has really validated the idea that The Link Ag3ncy could be more than just a creative studio — it could be a trusted partner that helps businesses and organizations not only look good but also thrive in competitive markets.
What excites me most is that our story is still being written. We’re continuing to grow, expand our creative reach, and remain true to our roots: helping people and brands connect through authentic, culture-driven marketing.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not a smooth road — but I think that’s what makes the journey worthwhile. Building The Link Ag3ncy has come with its fair share of challenges. Early on, it was about wearing every hat — creative, marketing, client management, finances — while trying to prove myself in an industry that’s both competitive and constantly changing.
Then came the pandemic years, which forced me to rethink how we worked, how to keep projects alive, and how to help clients pivot digitally almost overnight. On a personal level, I’ve faced setbacks like job loss and family health challenges, which could have easily derailed the business. Instead, those struggles gave me perspective, drive, and resilience.
Another big challenge was scaling — moving from being a one-person creative to building a team. Finding the right people who not only had the talent but also shared the vision and values of The Link Ag3ncy wasn’t easy. But through trial and error, I’ve built a solid group that I trust to deliver.
What I’ve learned is that the struggles are really lessons in disguise. Every challenge pushed me to get better, to innovate, and to stay grounded in why I started this work in the first place: creating meaningful connections between brands and culture.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned in building Th3 Link Ag3ncy Corp. is that growth requires both patience and authenticity. It’s easy to get caught up comparing your path to others, or rushing success, but I’ve learned that the best results come from staying true to your vision, putting in consistent work, and letting the right opportunities align.
I’ve also learned that challenges aren’t setbacks — they’re teachers. From personal hardships to professional struggles, every obstacle has shaped me into a stronger leader and sharpened the mission of the agency. The moments where things felt the toughest are the same moments that forced me to innovate, think differently, and push through with creativity.
Most of all, I’ve learned the power of relationships — with clients, community, and my own team. Business is about people first, and when you focus on building trust, delivering value, and keeping culture at the center, success naturally follows.
