Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My spiritual journey began about 15 years ago, but everything truly shifted in 2020 after a car accident left me with a brain injury. Life slowed down completely, and I had to learn to manage my energy in a new way. Meditation became my lifeline I had to meditate several times a day just to have the strength to keep going.
What started as survival soon became a deep spiritual awakening. I began to see clearly how much pain, trauma, and ancestral patterns we carry within us and how much freedom comes when we release them with love.
Today, I offer Family Constellation Therapy, Akashic Records Readings, Systemic Tarot, and the Nuragic Medicine Wheel in both English and Spanish, serving clients all over the world. I’ve had the honor of working with people from Singapore, Spain, Dallas, Toronto, and beyond online and in-person when I travel. My mission is to help others release blockages, reconnect with their soul, and step into the life they are meant to live.”
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. The car accident in 2020 changed everything it left me with a brain injury, fatigue, and the need to completely rebuild my life. There were days when just getting out of bed felt like a victory.
On top of the physical healing, there was the emotional journey: learning to surrender control, accept help, and let go of old patterns that no longer served me.
But those challenges sparked something new in me. I started posting on Instagram to motivate others with my story and spiritual practices. Over time, I created my own brand, began selling products on Amazon, and grew a community of over 102,000 followers on Instagram. One day at a time, I’ve been getting my name out there, turning my healing journey into a way to help and inspire others across the world.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
What I love most about my spiritual work is witnessing the moment when someone finally sees what was hidden when we can remove the blindfold, heal the past, and open the door to a new present.
I began my work with Family Constellation Therapy, but over the years I felt called to integrate deeper spiritual tools like the Akashic Records, Systemic Tarot, and the Nuragic Medicine Wheel from Sardinia.
Today, I call this the Quantum Ancestral
Method a unique process that combines therapy, spirituality, and ancestral wisdom to release emotional and energetic blockages, heal family patterns, and align the soul with freedom and purpose.
What sets my work apart is that each session becomes a sacred space for deep transformation not only healing the past but also empowering people to create a new future with clarity and love.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Even on the hardest days, I kept posting, learning, meditating, and serving one person at a time. I’ve learned that when you’re happy, help others and when you’re feeling down, help others too. Giving from the heart is what keeps me grounded, and it’s the real key to happiness.
