She worked alongside our founder, Lin McCraw, at another firm, where her dedication and operational skill quickly stood out. When Lin made the decision to establish McCraw Law Group, Gloria joined him — bringing not only her expertise but her deep belief in his vision. Together, they laid the foundation for what would become a nationally recognized personal injury practice.
