Right now, I’m really learning from my fellow peers in the esthetic community. Every day brings something new—whether it’s a skill, a product, a treatment, or simply a fresh perspective on this field. The esthetic community as a whole is truly my biggest source of learning and growth.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Caitlin, an aesthetician passionate about helping people feel confident and radiant in their own skin. I’ve built my brand around personalized, results-driven skincare and treatments that truly make a difference. On top of that, I’m also a Sales Development Manager for Zensa, which is another exciting notch on my belt within the world of esthetics. What makes my approach unique is that I combine advanced techniques with a deep understanding of each client’s individual needs—so every experience feels personal and transformative. Right now, I’m focused on expanding my knowledge, exploring innovative treatments, and sharing my journey with the esthetic community, because I believe learning and growth never stop in this industry.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling truly powerful was the moment I had my son. Bringing him into the world made me realize just how strong, capable, and resilient I am—it’s a feeling that has stayed with me ever since. It was a rough delivery for sure.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self to trust the journey and be gentle with yourself. You’re capable of so much more than you realize, and every challenge is just helping you grow stronger.

Absolutely. What people see publicly is a true reflection of who I am—I’m goofy, I speak my mind, I’m kind, loving and I’m observant. I strive to show up authentically in everything I do.

I hope the story people tell about me is one that could fill a series of books—chapter after chapter of growth, curiosity, and impact. I want to be remembered as someone who inspired others, pursued her passions relentlessly, lifted people up along the way, and never stopped learning or embracing life fully.
