I actually started in the tax industry a few years ago with the simple goal of helping people understand their finances and maximize their refunds. What began as preparing returns for family and friends quickly grew into something much bigger as I realized how many people needed not just tax filing, but also someone they could trust to guide them through the process.
Through consistency, training, and building strong client relationships, I was able to turn my passion into a full business. That’s how Green Financial Tax Advisors was born. Today, my company provides professional tax preparation services with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and helping clients keep more of what they’ve earned. Along the way, I’ve expanded into offering credit repair and financial guidance, because I believe financial freedom starts with having the right support and knowledge.
It hasn’t always been easy, but staying committed, investing in my growth, and keeping faith in my vision have brought me to where I am today—and I’m only getting started.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. In the beginning, one of my biggest struggles was balancing my personal finances while trying to build a business. I also had to learn how to attract clients in an industry where people already have long-standing tax professionals they trust. On top of that, juggling my other responsibilities and dealing with self-doubt made the journey even harder at times. But each challenge pushed me to be more resourceful and disciplined. Those struggles taught me resilience, and they’ve shaped the way I run Green Financial Tax Advisors today. With patience, persistence, and a deeper understanding of what my clients are going through financially.

Even when things got tough, I kept showing up, kept learning, and kept serving.
