Today we’d like to introduce you to Waqas Muzammil.
Hi Waqas, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
“You could say my story comes full circle. I came to the U.S. as an international student myself, completed both my undergraduate and master’s degrees there, and built a career as a Mechanical Engineer. But along the way, I saw how tough the journey can be for students—navigating applications, visas, finances, and just finding the right information.
My journey really started with seeing how complicated and overwhelming the study abroad process can be for students—especially those from countries around the world where reliable information and trustworthy guidance isn’t always easy to find. I noticed that many students struggled not because they lacked talent or ambition, but because they didn’t have access to the right resources, accurate advice, or affordable support.
That experience stayed with me. So when I was established in my professional career, I felt a responsibility to give back. That’s how Study 360 was born—a platform to make the process transparent, affordable, and supportive for students who dream of studying abroad.
What started as me sharing advice from my own journey has grown into a trusted resource for students exploring universities, scholarships, and career paths. For me, the most rewarding part is seeing those success stories come to life—students who might have struggled, now thriving because they had the right guidance.”
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all—it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. When I started Study 360 the biggest challenges were building trust and breaking through the noise. The education consulting space is full of misinformation and, unfortunately, a lot of people trying to take advantage of students. So convincing families and students that we were different—that we put transparency and affordability first—wasn’t easy in the beginning.
Another challenge was balancing it with my professional career as a Mechanical Engineer. It meant long nights, weekends, and sometimes setbacks when things didn’t grow as quickly as I hoped.
But looking back, those struggles shaped the platform. Every obstacle pushed me to make Study360 more reliable, more student-centered, and more sustainable. Today, when I see students succeed because of the guidance we provide, those early challenges feel worth it.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Study 360?
Study360.org is an education and visa consultancy dedicated to helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad. We work with students who are interested in pursuing opportunities in countries like Germany, Sweden, the U.S., the U.K., Australia, Canada, and France. Beyond admissions and visa support, we also offer IELTS and Duolingo training, so students are fully prepared for language requirements.
What really sets us apart is our focus on transparency and affordability. In this industry, students often face hidden costs or misleading promises. From the very beginning, we’ve made it our mission to provide clear, honest guidance so families know exactly what to expect at each stage.
We specialize in creating a personalized roadmap for every student—matching them with the right university, scholarship opportunities, and visa pathway, rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all approach.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud that students and families trust us. Many of our new clients come through word-of-mouth referrals, which tells me we’re making a real difference.
If there’s one thing I’d want readers to know, it’s that Study 360 isn’t just about admissions—it’s about empowerment. We’re here to give students the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take control of their future abroad.
How do you define success?
For me, success isn’t just about numbers or growth—it’s about impact. I define success by the difference we can make in a student’s life. When a student who once felt overwhelmed or uncertain finally secures admission, gets their visa, or wins a scholarship, that’s success.
On a personal level, success also means staying true to our values—operating with transparency, keeping education affordable, and earning the trust of families. If we can continue to grow while holding onto those principles, then I believe we’re succeeding in the right way.
