Life & Work with Dennis of Argyle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dennis.

Hi Dennis, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I used to own several restaurants in the DFW area. I love the interaction with my customers. After covid my leases were up and i sold the last 2 restaurants i had. I was offered a position at a large auto leasing company as a sales manager. During my 2 years there i recognized a need in the auto industry for a wrap / tint and custom car shop that could offer great quality work and even more important , exceptional customer service. So that is what I did, and business has been very good .

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Surprisingly enough the first six months my company was never in the “red”….shortly after word started to spread about our quality and customer service and the next 6 months we locked down several larger commercial accounts and the business really took off from there

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
What sets us apart is definitely the customer experience as far a customer service. I feel in this day and age, that is sadly almost a lost art. We specifically focus on the little details in regards to customer service . We also back up our work 100%. I think having 20 years of experience in the restaurant business has been a great foundation to learn how to interact with clients

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I read many books that have had a great influence in how I build my business to how my mindset is with interacting with clients. Also in how to market my company
