Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I graduated with a Master of Science (M.S.) in Counseling, from Southern Methodist University, in 2016, and followed that with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, Forensic Psychology, from Capella University (2024). In 2022/23, I became a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina as well and a registered out-of-state mental health provider (LPC) in Florida. I completed the State of Texas requirements to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2016, and assumed the ownership of Concierge Counseling Service, Inc., an established, private practice, founded in 2009. It has since transitioned to Concierge eCare LLC dba Concierge Counseling Services.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

Concierge Counseling Services is a faith-integrated private practice providing professional, compassionate mental health care for individuals, couples, and families nationwide. Founded in 2009, our mission is to support pastors, congregants, and communities with evidence-based counseling that honors both clinical excellence and spiritual conviction.
We specialize in bridging the gap between the Church and the counseling world—helping clients navigate mental health challenges without losing their faith foundation. Our team includes licensed clinicians, pastoral counselors, and lay ministers who share a passion for emotional healing, restoration, and transformation through Christ-centered care.
What do you do, what do you specialize in / what are you known for?
We are best known for our integrative, Spirit-led approach to therapy. While many counseling centers focus on either the spiritual or the clinical, we bring both into full partnership. Our counselors are trained in trauma, anxiety, depression, family systems, and marital restoration, and we serve a unique client base of ministry leaders, professionals, and families seeking wholeness without stigma.
We also provide leadership consulting for churches and ministries, helping pastors establish ethical counseling programs, referral systems, consulting for churches who wish to establish counseling centers, and team care models that protect both clergy and congregants.
What sets you apart from others?
Our distinction lies in what we call clinical clarity with spiritual compassion. We are Apostolic in identity, yet ecumenically accessible—meaning our faith roots inform everything we do, but our care remains professional, ethical, and welcoming to all.

What makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing people discover that healing is truly possible. In my work, there’s nothing more fulfilling than watching hope return to someone’s eyes when they begin to believe that change can happen. As a counselor and leader, I find joy in helping others grow into the purpose God has placed on their lives—whether that’s a client finding peace after pain or a counselor stepping into confidence and calling. My happiness is rooted in those moments when I can feel God’s presence at work in everyday counseling—when His wisdom brings clarity, when forgiveness brings freedom, and when love restores what was broken. That’s when I know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
