Meet Irma — Your Local Dallas Licensed Esthetician
Florida made, Texas raised, Irma is a proud Dallas-based licensed esthetician dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. Her journey in the beauty and wellness industry began with passion, determination, and a vision to create something lasting for both herself and her family.
After graduating high school early in 2006, Irma welcomed her first daughter in April 2007 and proudly walked with her class the following month. She completed massage school in 2008, and later pursued her esthetician license in 2021 — continuing to expand her skills and commitment to her craft.
Irma began her career offering mobile services, eventually transforming a bedroom in her home into her first personal “suite.” Her hard work and dedication paid off in 2022 when she was blessed with her own professional suite, which she has successfully operated ever since.
Over the years, Irma has offered a wide range of services, including massages, body sculpting, lash extensions and lifts, facials, and full-body sugaring. However, her specialty — and personal favorite — is the Brazilian wax, where she’s known for.
What makes Irma’s story even more special is the legacy she’s creating. Two of her daughters are now inspired to follow in her footsteps and pursue esthetics themselves. “I’m thankful to have built a foundation where my children have somewhere to start their journeys,” Irma shares with pride.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like many entrepreneurs, my journey hasn’t always been easy. In the early days, I remember taking clients for as little as $30 — not because it was profitable, but because I was determined to get people through the door and build trust one service at a time.
This dream didn’t happen overnight, and that’s exactly what makes it so rewarding. There have been both good days and challenging ones — days when I met my goals and others when I fell short. But through it all, I’ve remained grateful for every experience, every lesson, and every client who believed in me. Each step, whether smooth or rough, has shaped me into the businesswoman and esthetician I am today.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a licensed esthetician who takes great pride in both my clients and my craft. I specialize in full-body sugar waxing for men and women, with or without a vajacial or brojacial — a targeted facial treatment designed for the top pelvic area that enhances skin health and confidence.
What I’m most proud of is the impact I’ve made on my family and clients through my work. As a young mother at 18, raising three children while managing a full-time job and building my business from the ground up, the journey has never been easy. But because I truly love what I do, it’s never felt like “work” — it’s my passion and purpose.
What sets me apart is my genuine connection with people and my fearless approach to growth. I’m a leader, a people person, and a risk taker who believes deeply in walking by faith, not by sight. Every step I take is guided by purpose and gratitude, and I’m committed to providing every client with an experience that leaves them feeling confident, cared for, and renewed.
