Today we’d like to introduce you to Ambassador Dr. Coach Tasha Mac.
Hi Ambassador Dr. Coach Tasha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Leaders are not made; they are born crowned. Some lose their crowns in silence. Others never realize one rests on their heads. But when you find your crown, when you lift it from the ashes of adversity and dare to wear it boldly, you step into the legend you were born to live.
I was the little firecracker, the eldest, and the only child born to my father, navigating childhood trauma, molestation, and sexual abuse. Later, as a teenage mother, I learned early to lead through chaos and love through pain. That same resilience carried me into the delicate balance of entrepreneurship and leadership across multiple sectors of business.
I followed the path I was told to take, go to school, get a good job, earning a Bachelor’s in Business and Accounting. Yet my heart had its own assignment: to build a bridge for entrepreneurs. In the early 2000s, when entrepreneurship was often frowned upon, I launched Circles of Synergy™, a consulting platform designed to merge faith, finance, and forward-thinking leadership.
As a trailblazing executive with more than 25 years of cross-sector leadership in federal service, entrepreneurship, and consulting, I cultivate collaborative, legacy-minded leadership initiatives across industries and generations.
During my tenure under the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), I served in a number of leadership roles including as a Board Member, helping to implement coaching programs under the Ken Blanchard consulting services and overseeing the creation of several leadership and audit technical training initiatives. I had the honor of training support staff and leaders, including within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) community.
Then came the storm that tested everything I stood for. I faced the unimaginable loss of my firstborn son. Yet that season of silence became divine redirection.
My pain became my platform. In September 2025, I received the U.S. Congressional Golden Hero Ambassador Award from Representative Mike Levin and conferred as Ambassador for Peace with the Universal Peace Federation, an NGO under United Nations oversight.
Today, as Ambassador Dr. Tasha Mac, the Transformation Titan (the Disruptor) as Alex Peykoff calls me and Founder of Circles of Synergy™, I guide others to grow through what broke them, lead through what tried to silence them, and rise into the royalty of their divine design.
I specialize in business psychology, emotional intelligence, and strategic systems design, building sustainable frameworks that turn lived experience into policy, profitability, and people-first transformation.
“Turn your pain into power, your story into strategy, and your purpose into legacy—because you weren’t just called to survive; you were crowned to reign.”
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Smooth? No. Transformational roads never are.
Helping others heal and rebuild their lives in mind, body, and soul is not easy. Neither is creating a life of abundance that includes both wealth and wholeness. Most people crave results without refinement, instant gratification, quick wins, and monetary gain without the inner work. They want the business but can’t attract the clients, and the truth is, it’s rarely the business. It’s within.
Even for me, transformation required a metamorphosis, a shedding of everything and everyone that no longer aligned with my divine design. I had to accept that certain people, environments, and even my long-held government career could not travel with me into the next dimension of purpose. To receive the new, I had to release the familiar.
Then came the lesson that forever changed me: learning to live with an unseen disability after facing Long COVID complications, I was forced to experience success through a different lens. Every day became a classroom in resilience—how to lead through limitation, how to surrender control without surrendering calling. I had to redefine what strength looked like, because strength isn’t standing tall, it’s standing again.
My Courageous Rebirth was born out of acceptance: accepting what has happened through every season of life and finding the blessing hidden in the breaking. I had to take ownership because ownership builds character and perfects the imperfections. I had to take responsibility because responsibility births discipline and destiny. And above all, I had to fall into obedience, trusting the process, respecting the process, good and bad, ugly and beautiful, right and wrong, understanding that it is all part of becoming the best version of yourself.
True transformation requires stillness. While the world glorified doing more hours, more events, more posts, I was called to be still and heal inwardly. Healing is not only mental health; it is emotional restoration. We are a generation carrying emotional damage disguised as ambition. If left unhealed, those emotions become the silent architects of our suffering.
Even my son’s death could not stop me. In the midst of the pandemic, I kept doing until life demanded I become. One divine domino after another revealed my true assignment: to help others walk through their own courageous rebirth.
We are often our own greatest obstacle. What we see in the world is a mirror of what remains unresolved within us. When I finally surrendered to the will of my divine assignment, alignment followed perfectly, powerfully, and purposefully. And that alignment brought me here.
As you know, we’re big fans of Circles of Synergy. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
The vision for Circles of Synergy™ was born out of both necessity and revelation. We wanted to create a space where faith, business, and transformation could coexist without compromise. Circles of Synergy™ has evolved into a hybrid coaching and business ministry platform that serves as a launching pad for those ready to reinvent themselves, build sustainable enterprises, and lead with divine intention.
Whether someone is new to entrepreneurship, transitioning from corporate life, or leading an established business seeking expansion, Circles of Synergy™ provides the structure and spiritual alignment needed to thrive. Together, we coach, cultivate, and connect leaders through customized frameworks that turn lived experience into policy, profitability, and people-first transformation. This is where vision becomes strategy and purpose becomes legacy.
As a result of working within the Circles of Synergy™ community, leaders and everyday people strengthen their leadership, gain clarity, and thrive through aligned strategies and authentic connections using our Four-Step Model. We attract those ready to reinvent themselves, embrace their voice, and create a life aligned with purpose—to grow, lead, and rise.
One of our most exciting developments is the Women Empowering Network (W.E.N.), which we are currently restructuring in partnership with award-winning business strategist and marketing expert Kris Mathis. Together, we are developing a coaching model that empowers women to grow, lead, and rise through purpose-driven leadership, legacy building, and economic restoration. The official launch is set for December 31, with a private dinner celebration on December 14 in Dallas, Texas.
What makes Circles of Synergy™ truly special is that we are more than a company—we are a family. Through Kingsmen R.E.I.G.N. for men and Respect Us for youth, we are strengthening the family unit and ensuring that our impact reaches every generation. Our three-tier leadership board is supported by those who believe in standing for women, men, and children together. In a world often divided by differences, we create unity. We focus on building the future by investing in our youth today.
We also amplify authentic voices through our platforms, including Voiceless to Voice and the HERstory Podcast, along with mixers, conferences, and virtual events that restore truth, healing, and connection. Within Circles of Synergy™, we reclaim our collective strength and stand together as God intended.
We understand the challenges families face—many of us have lived them firsthand. We see single parents striving, leaders rebuilding, and communities healing. We’ve learned that success has no gender and leadership has no limit. Interestingly, our Kingsmen R.E.I.G.N. community continues to grow rapidly, showing that men are seeking sacred spaces to hold one another accountable, take ownership, and lead responsibly.
We are also honored to support the Prison Entrepreneurship Program, helping men transition successfully back into society. Our Circles of Synergy™ framework supports them after graduation from the program, and we celebrate that Texas is now leading the nation in reducing recidivism, with twelve prisons closed and more to come.
Through every partnership and every initiative, we are reminded that balance and harmony are possible when purpose meets collaboration. Circles of Synergy™ is more than a movement—it is a living, breathing testimony of what happens when people come together to grow, lead, and rise as one.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
What we want readers to know is that you belong here. Whether you are a leader in transition, an entrepreneur rebuilding from the ground up, or someone simply trying to rediscover your purpose, we believe your story still matters.
At Circles of Synergy™, we are not just building businesses; we are building people. We are redefining what it means to lead by creating spaces where transformation is possible, community is real, and faith is foundational. We are proof that when you honor the process, everything aligns in divine timing.
We want our readers to remember that healing, success, and legacy are all connected. We cannot pour into others until we have poured into ourselves. Every one of us is being called to grow, lead, and rise, but it requires courage to begin again, no matter how many times life has tried to break you.
Our team at Circles of Synergy™ is committed to building bridges, not barriers. We will continue to create safe spaces for men, women, and youth through programs like W.E.N., Kingsmen R.E.I.G.N., and Respect Us. Together, we are shaping a future where families are strengthened, communities are unified, and purpose becomes a shared language.
To everyone reading this: your setback is not your ending, it is your initiation into a new beginning. The world is waiting for your story, and we are here to help you bring it to life.
“Together, we reclaim our strength, restore our unity, and rise as one family under God’s divine design. Because when we grow together, we reign together.”
