I am the visionary Founder and CEO of Tiffany R. Easley Enterprises a transformative development company devoted to empowering high-achieving women in leadership. With a passion for helping women unlock their fullest potential, I specialize in guiding clients through meaningful personal and professional breakthroughs rooted in purpose, growth, and authenticity.
At the heart of my work is the S.O.A.R. Lifestyle brand—a luxurious, eco-conscious line of fragrance and candle products designed to elevate everyday environments. Free from known carcinogens, parabens, and phthalates, each product is crafted with intention to inspire clarity, peace, and empowerment for women navigating the demands of leadership and life.
My mission is deeply personal. As an ovarian cancer survivor, diagnosed at the age of three, I have transformed my journey into a powerful testimony of resilience and healing. My commitment to wellness and safe living fuels my advocacy for non-toxic lifestyle alternatives that support women as they rise—boldly and beautifully—in business, life, and leadership.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey has been anything but easy. Starting a company from the ground up with no outside funding—relying solely on my own resources—and then losing that financial cushion for more than a year was one of the hardest seasons of my life. There were days when the weight of it all made me question whether I could keep going. But deep down, I knew quitting wasn’t an option. Every challenge became a lesson in faith, resilience, and purpose.
Building a brand that offers empowerment services and self-care products in an uncertain economy is no small feat. When people are focused on stretching every dollar, self-care can easily slip to the bottom of the list. Yet I’ve learned that true self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s an act of survival, especially when times are hard.
The most rewarding part has been finding those who share that belief—people who not only appreciate beauty and luxury but also value the slow, intentional process of creating something meaningful. In a world that often chases quick fixes, I’ve been fortunate to connect with individuals who understand that real growth and transformation take time. That’s where the magic happens—in the space between patience, purpose, and perseverance.

A childhood battle with cancer shaped my perspective on life, resilience, and purpose—it became the foundation of my personal and professional journey. That experience inspired the creation of my brand and the mission that drives it today.
After more than five years of offering coaching services, I recognized a deeper need among my clients—one centered on meaningful engagement, authentic connection, and accountability. I discovered that self-care was the bridge that could unite these elements, inspiring me to launch S.O.A.R. Lifestyle.
Through S.O.A.R. Lifestyle, we curate luxury candles and fragrances that are free from harmful chemicals and thoughtfully designed to elevate emotional well-being. What makes our process distinct is our commitment to crafting customized fragrance blends that align with each client’s unique brand voice and visual identity. By doing so, we help our partners enhance their brand presence through scent—positioning them at the forefront of their market with a truly one-of-a-kind sensory experience.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next five to ten years, S.O.A.R. Lifestyle envisions becoming the premier curator of luxury fragrances for distinguished professional brands around the world. As the company continues to unveil its boutique offerings, the focus remains on cultivating an exclusive clientele and a carefully curated fragrance collection—each designed to elevate brands, enhance presence, and transform the way businesses express their identity through scent.
