I’m Dy Lathan, CEO of Dyin2Know Social Media Agency. I help entrepreneurs and businesses build online brands that are authentic, visible, and impactful. My journey began leading a women’s ministry at 19, where I discovered my passion for empowering people to share their stories, connect with their audiences, and grow their influence.
Over the past 8+ years, I’ve grown Dyin2Know into a full-service social media agency, specializing in strategy, content creation, and coaching that turns followers into loyal customers. I believe social media is more than just posting, it’s about telling a story, creating meaningful connections, and turning purpose into profit.
As CEO, I’m committed to helping brands step into their power, amplify their voice, and create lasting impact.
When I’m not leading my team or strategizing campaigns, I love mentoring other entrepreneurs, sharing inspiration from my faith, and strategizing new ways to help people shine online.

The road hasn’t always been easy. I’ve faced personal challenges, including periods of self-doubt, learning to step into leadership, and navigating the uncertainties of entrepreneurship.
There were times I questioned whether I was ready to lead, whether my voice mattered, or whether my vision could become reality.
But each struggle taught me resilience, clarity, and the importance of aligning purpose with action.
