Meet Elizabeth Jeffcoat of Gunter Texas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Elizabeth Jeffcoat.

Hi Elizabeth, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey began long before I ever imagined leading others in healing work. Life handed me more than a few storms — growing up in a children’s home, navigating loss, trauma, and seasons that tested every part of me. For years, I searched for what truly heals beneath the surface — not just emotionally, but within the nervous system and body itself.

That search led me to 9D Breathwork and Vibrational Therapy — tools that helped me release years of stored stress and rediscover the calm I didn’t realize I was missing. Experiencing such deep transformation firsthand, I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself.

I founded Resonate Roots to help others build resilience from within — combining science-based practices with heart-centered guidance to help people move from survival to thriving. Today, I’m honored to hold space for others as they find freedom, peace, and connection in their own healing journeys.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road — but I don’t think it was meant to be. Every challenge has shaped the depth and purpose behind my work. Building a healing practice meant first walking through my own healing — facing grief, trauma, and the messy parts of growth head-on.

There were seasons of uncertainty, learning to rebuild from the ground up, and moments where I questioned if my story could really be used for good. Starting a small business also came with its own hurdles — balancing structure and soul, finding the right spaces to host sessions, and learning the ins and outs of entrepreneurship while staying grounded in purpose.

But through every obstacle, I was reminded that resilience is built one breath at a time — and that’s exactly what I now help others cultivate. The road wasn’t smooth, but it’s been sacred.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Vibrational Sound Therapist, and I founded Resonate Roots with one mission — to help people regulate their nervous systems, release stored stress, and build resilience from within.

Through 9D Breathwork Journeys, sound therapy, and integration coaching, I guide individuals, couples, and groups through transformative experiences that work on both the subconscious and physiological levels. Every session blends the science of breath and frequency with the art of presence, helping people move from survival mode into safety, connection, and peace.

What I’m most proud of is watching people experience true relief — seeing their shoulders drop, their breath deepen, and that spark of calm return to their eyes. It’s not just about relaxation; it’s about rewiring the way the body holds emotion and creating lasting change.

What sets me apart is how I weave neuroscience and compassion together — explaining why the work heals while holding a deeply nurturing space. My approach is equal parts education, embodiment, and empathy — helping clients feel seen, safe, and empowered to continue their own healing long after they leave the session.

What’s next?
The future feels really exciting right now. My focus is on expanding the ways people can access this work — both locally and online. I plan to continue offering in-person journeys and community events here in North Texas while developing online programs and virtual experiences so people anywhere can experience the benefits of 9D Breathwork and vibrational healing from home.

I’m also working toward creating specialized offerings for first responders, corporate wellness programs, and families, helping more people integrate nervous-system regulation into everyday life. Collaboration and community are a huge part of my vision — I want Resonate Roots to be a space where healing feels accessible, grounded, and sustainable.

Long-term, my heart is set on opening a dedicated studio space — a sanctuary where breathwork, sound therapy, and education all come together under one roof. The goal is simple but powerful: help more people feel safe in their bodies, connected in their communities, and free to live with calm confidence.
