Today we’d like to introduce you to Los Conductores Del Norte.
Hi Los Conductores del Norte , thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
A group of friends who started a group as a joke not expecting to get out there. Started in September of 2024 playing at friends gatherings and slowly started getting out there by playing at events like Tejano and Pinos. Then we created a social media and people started contacting us to play at their parties thanks to all our client’s inquiries we have been able to earn to slowly buy some equipment we have pretty worked to save for our basic equipment we hope we can in the future buy better and newer equipment we are one of the youngest groups out there and we have worked hard to slowly get out there with client’s motivation and words of appreciation after our gigs make us feel grateful and with more energy to make more music our number one supporters now are our parents that help us and are always there to help
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
So far we have had a smooth road we have a lot of support only struggles is not making enough money to divide on all 6 and have to pay someone to set up the sound we have we are slowly learning the process but will hopefully eventually get there
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We are a norteño Mexican group we specialize in norteño sax music we play in our band with the saxophone, accordion, bass, bajo quinto, drums. We are mostly proud of being successful and getting out there and the effort we have all put in to make it happen our style is what I would say sets us apart from others
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
