Ricky , we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: When was the last time you felt true joy?
I had my first child this past year and she is turning 1 Thanksgiving. She’s definitely got my
personality and I’m looking forward to seeing her grow up!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m your everyday normal guy who loves trying new foods and NHC(Nashville hot chicken) is
one of the top foods on my list. Customer relationships have always been a priority to me so I’ve
made it a habit to always give back to the community every chance we can.
I’ve been smoking a lot of meat on your typical offset lately so it may forecast potential things to
come. 😉
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
God set my path and I’m just living it.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
I believe failure is a part of success and without it, you can never be successful. Being successful
is like anything else, you have to keep trying until you are. No one gets it in the first try.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes. I may not be the best speaker or can articulate conversations eloquently but I’m pure and
straight to the point.

I do question my purpose sometimes because there’s more to life than materialistic things but
believe God has a plan and will continue to work until that mission is revealed to me.
