Story & Lesson Highlights with Nino Fincher of North

We recently had the chance to connect with Nino Fincher and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Nino , thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Have you ever been glad you didn’t act fast?
Absolutely.
Rushing into judgments, conclusions before allowing time for things to develop, clear up or settle;
or speaking (posting, tweeting) – before listening well, is a sure way to make a fool of oneself and lose in more ways than one.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I love saving my clients time and money and getting them to the desired outcome – rapidly.
Whether I am helping them process trauma, beat insomnia, find purpose or build and sustain momentum- rapid therapy and rapid outcome coaching is what distinguishes my work.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
Gratitude and credit for allowing me to gain confidence in life, as well as see the potential inside- goes to my mother. I am so thankful to have been introduced to life by her.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Many times…almost.
My mother often says: “they don’t write in newspapers about “almost”!
I am intimately familiar with depression, grief, betrayal and having very little.
A decision to make just 1 move, is what separates failure from gaining momentum and falling into’ victim ‘ mentality – from getting to a win.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Everyone who would spend some time with me, will know that Christ informs my life, decision-making and service.
He is the foundation of how I work, view the condition of a human heart, pathology and relevance of life.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
She loved and served people well and guided with wisdom.
