However, this was not the first time we faced adversity. Years ago, as a couple, I lost my job, my car, and my money for rent. Despair was an unbearable weight. I was convinced she would leave me, thinking it’s hard to be with someone who can’t contribute. But then, without me saying a word, she approached, took my hand, and said: “Don’t worry, everything will be okay. I’ll take care of everything.” Her words were not of pity, but of pure loyalty. Although she barely had enough to cover all expenses, she gave everything, working extra hours and weekends. In that instant, I understood that our relationship was not based on money or luxuries, but on an unbreakable commitment. We had signed a team for life.

With that faith as our main engine, we invested the savings we had diligently saved. We founded our interior remodeling company, a dream built on a real foundation: my 20 years of experience and contacts in the area. We embarked on this path in a country that was not our place of origin and with a language that was not our mother tongue. Far from being an excuse, these circumstances became our greatest motivator. I made many, many calls. It was enough to have one contact that believed in us, that offered support, and trusted a company that was just beginning to exist. That first opportunity was not just a job; it was the spark that ignited everything. That trust was the fuel we needed to show that our dream was possible.
_The Challenge: The Crossroads_
The business grew to a turning point. Our name, Biotrix Solutions LLC, began to resonate, reaching industry giants like Lincoln Property Company, Willow Bridge Property Company, Lantower Luxury Living LLC, BH Management Services, LLC, Draper & Kramer, Incorporated, Related Companies, L.P., among others… It was then that I faced the most terrifying decision: leave the security of my fixed job or bet everything on the dream. I remembered the promise in my wife’s eyes years ago. How could I not bet on us now? We took the leap. And then came the real challenge: directing a growing company without a map. Without sufficient funds, without advisors, working 24/7. Sleepless nights returned, but this time we were a team fighting side by side for something of our own. We sought advice, help with loans, and support from family and friends. We structured the company, delegated activities, and built a team.
_Success that Transcends the Material_
Today, looking back from 2019 to now, our growth has been extraordinary. To be clear: this story is not a manual on how to become rich. Our story is a real testimony that, no matter the circumstances, there is always a way forward. The true key to our success is not found in contracts with large corporations. Our true key to success was already there from the beginning: a marriage forged in trust and unbreakable love. The blessing of a wonderful son. The support of a family that sustained us. That is the “asset” that no bank loan can grant and that no crisis can take away.
