Today we’d like to introduce you to Daijah Giles.
Hi Daijah, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey started in 2019 right when COVID hit. After graduation I decided to move out and get my own place with my best friend. Of course my mom said this was not the right timing but I was determined to “fly on my own.” Little did I know about a week or so later I was going to get laid off from work. So I applied for unemployment and used those funds to birth the business.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This road is not for the faint of heart! One of my biggest lessons has been to never give up on doing the inner work—because I’ve learned that vulnerability is truly my superpower.
My mission is to bring a touch of heaven to earth by saturating the beauty industry with the promises of God. There are so many young women—especially mothers—around the world who view or value themselves less than who God says they are. That mindset often gets passed down from generation to generation. My goal is to create spaces, moments, and opportunities for women/ mothers to reflect, heal, and grow so they can break those generational curses
but getting to this place wasn’t easy. For a long time, I struggled with understanding my own worth and value. I tried to measure up to the world’s standards—constantly chasing trends just to feel relevant. And while staying current is part of the beauty industry, I realized that what truly matters goes much deeper than what the eye can see. It’s so easy to cover up the scars and put a bandage over it but eventually in order for the wound to truly heal it has to be revealed.
As I’ve walked through my own healing journey—and continue to do so—I’ve discovered that true confidence is built through God’s Promises. Now, through client conversation and products shared, I strive to remind others that very same thing.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a licensed Cosmetologist that specializes in Structured Gel Nails and Natural Hair. With the gift of multiple talents I am extremely passionate to provide my services to women and give back to single mothers. My heart goes out to those who put others first and make no time for themselves. So my advantage is to use the time that we have together to speak life, empower, and uplift others in order for them to press through life and go be who God has created them to be.
