Hi Trusty Paws Pet Care, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
((Dave started a pet care company called Tuckered Out Pet Care in 2017. Once the pandemic hit, the need for in home pet care declined. We both worked in the Corporate world and decided we had more of a passion for the pet care business. Trusty Paws LLC was formed in 2024. By reaching out to former clients of Tuckered Out Pet Care, networking through the Frisco Chamber of Commerce as well as advertising on social media sites, we have to date close to 100 clients, both former and new – and we continue to add more weekly.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There have been weeks that have been extremely busy with pet sitting and dog walking and other weeks with less volume. Our goal is to have every week be as busy as possible and add on more clients who need daily pet check ins. We hope to increase our business to the point that we need to start adding employees.

Trusty Paws is an insured, bonded and registered dog walking and pet sitting service based in Frisco, Texas.
We are a proud member of PSI (Pet Sitters International).
We service areas of Frisco, McKinney, Allen and Plano.
Unlike a lot of our competitors, we don’t charge per pet for most of our services.
We treat our clients and their pet(s) as if they were family providing peace of mind for pet owners with busy schedules. Because of our love for animals, family and friends have always called us to care for their pets.
We offer 15 -30 minute pet sitting visits as well as overnight stays for all domestic pets.

Be prepared to invest a full weeks worth of work as we work 7 days a week, all year long. We knew what to expect due to the previous experience with Tuckered Out Pet Care.
Pricing:
- Pet Sitting Visits $24/visit 25-30 mins
- Dog Walks for up to 2 dogs are $24/visit 25-30 mins, additional dogs at $15 each
- Potty Breaks are $19/visit 15 mins
- Cat Sitting Visits are $20/visit 15 mins
- Overnight $75 includes late evening visit and morning visit
