Supreet, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
After graduating high school, I attended Texas Tech University as a Mechanical Engineering major during the height of COVID-19. At the time, I believed that pursuing a traditional academic path was the only route to success. However, during winter break, I decided to take a lash extension course — a choice that completely transformed my path and ignited my passion for the beauty industry.
Not long after, I began working for a luxury lash company, where I spent two years mastering my craft, learning client relations, and gaining valuable business insight. That experience inspired me to launch my own lash company, a journey filled with both rewarding growth and hard-earned lessons. From navigating a failed partnership to learning what it takes to build something from the ground up, every challenge has shaped me into a stronger entrepreneur.
Now, I’m proud to be in the process of scaling my business by building a dedicated team, expanding my brand, and introducing a broader range of services. My vision is to grow beyond traditional beauty and incorporate medical aesthetics — blending artistry with clinical care to offer clients a truly elevated experience
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest challenges I faced as a young entrepreneur was not having a mentor to guide me through the process. In the beginning, I also had a business partner, but that partnership eventually failed, leaving me to take on double the workload and manage every aspect of the business myself. Although I gained valuable experience from my previous company, much of what came after was entirely self-taught. I quickly realized that no matter how much you think you know, entrepreneurship comes with unexpected obstacles that teach you resilience, adaptability, and growth through experience.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Saint Cloud Studios?
I want people to know that my business was built from passion, persistence, and a genuine love for helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. When I started, I didn’t have a mentor or a clear roadmap — just a vision to create something special. Over time, that vision grew into a luxury beauty studio that reflects everything I value: quality, comfort, and confidence.
We offer a variety of beauty services including eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, and brows. However, our specialty lies in lash extensions and professional lash training courses. What truly sets us apart is not only our expertise, but the experience we provide. Our studio combines a futuristic yet relaxing atmosphere — complete with massage chairs and a calm, elevated ambience — designed to help clients unwind while receiving exceptional service.
We also pride ourselves on specializing in natural lash extensions that enhance, rather than overpower, a client’s features. My goal has always been to create a space where clients can trust the process, enjoy the moment, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves. Ultimately, I want others to see that with dedication, consistency, and faith in your craft, you can turn your passion into a brand that truly makes an impact.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
The people who have played the most important role in my business journey are without a doubt my family. Being a young entrepreneur comes with many ups and downs — you lose friendships, face doubt, and often aren’t taken seriously. At times, I think my drive may have even intimidated people. Through it all, my family has been my foundation.
When I made the decision to drop out of college and fully commit to building my business, it wasn’t easy for them to accept at first. But over time, they came to respect my decision and have supported me wholeheartedly ever since. Their faith in me, especially during the hardest moments, means everything.
I also owe so much to my clients and students who have believed in me from the very beginning. Their continued trust, loyalty, and encouragement have truly helped shape my journey and keep me motivated to keep growing — both as an artist and as a business owner.
