Marce Adame shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Good morning Marce, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day in my life looks like:
I wake up, pray, and start my morning with gratitude. After washing up and doing my skincare, I head out for a workout and catch the sunrise, one of my favorite parts of the day. When I get back, I shower, get ready, and have a quick breakfast before heading to my lash/makeup studio to open around 9 a.m.
I usually see about five clients a day, and in between appointments, I’m creating and posting content for both my business and personal pages. Once I’m home, I eat dinner, make more content, and spend time catching up with my family and friends before winding down for the night.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, my name is Marce Adame, and I’m the founder of Vanity Beauty, a beauty brand dedicated to enhancing women’s confidence through self-care and artistry. I started Vanity Beauty about three years ago, offering a range of products and services from lashes and brows to makeup. What began as a passion for helping women look and feel their best has grown into a brand that empowers clients to embrace their beauty with confidence both inside and out.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My relationship with my dad definitely shaped how I see myself. Growing up, he constantly spoke life into me reminding me every day that I was valuable, capable, and powerful. He always had a way of painting a bigger picture for me, showing me what my life could look like if I stayed focused and disciplined. Those conversations built the foundation of my confidence and work ethic. Even now, whenever I face challenges in business or life, I can still hear his voice reminding me who I am and what I’m capable of.
What’s something you changed your mind about after failing hard?
Failure isn’t the end, it’s just unfinished success. I’ve learned that if you’re not failing that means you’re not even trying. When you reframe failure as the first step toward success, it becomes less intimidating and more empowering.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would definitely say my relationship with God matters most to me. It’s the foundation for everything I do and the reason I move the way I do in life and business.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. When do you feel most at peace?
Peace for me comes from presence. When I slow down enough to truly be in the moment, not caught up in what’s next or what already happened. I feel closest to myself and to God.
