In 2020, due to the COVID pandemic, many people weren’t taking their cars to body shops. I needed to adapt to keep my business alive, so I began offering mobile body shop services directly at customers’ homes. People quickly noticed—just like I did—that it was a more convenient and affordable option for everyone.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Just like any business, the first five years were all about planting and expanding. We’re now operating in two more cities—Austin and Houston. The hardest part has been finding the right people, but today I can proudly say that I have an amazing team I can count on.
