Hi cami, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?

Lately, I’ve been channeling that energy into acting. I started about seven months ago and I’ve already landed roles in Devout, the movie Step to This, and projects like Selfless Christmas in the Hood and On a Tuesday. There is so much more in the making, and I can’t wait to share it.

Of course not. Life is rarely smooth, and I’ve hit my share of bumps. From navigating relationships and raising children to just dealing with the reality that ‘life be lifing,’ I’ve seen it all.
I’ve faced serious challenges, including overcoming domestic violence and the difficult journey of figuring out who I am outside of being a mother. It was a process of finding myself—and my happiness—again. I’ve pivoted careers along the way, but I always come back to my true love, which is entertainment. No matter the obstacle, nothing stops me. I will always continue to keep going.”

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a multifaceted entrepreneur and entertainer—a true “Jane of all trades.” In the entertainment world, I specialize in both modeling and acting.
On the business side I’ve been a tax preparer and notary for six years, helping clients navigate their finances. I also merge my creative and business sides by specializing in branding work for boutiques, designers, and stylists. I help creative companies sharpen their image and reach their audience.

I am most proud of my resilience. How I continue to show up for myself?Every day and stay strong in my faith

I bring a business mindset to the creative industry and a creative eye to the business world. But beyond the skills, it’s my drive. I don’t just “do” these things; I do them while rebuilding myself and raising a family. I bring real-life experience, grit, and depth to every role I play and every client I help.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up, I was definitely ahead of my time. I was always about business even back then, I was mature, I worked, and I liked to have my own money to spend. But I also knew how to have a good time. I was a unique mix of a tomboy and a girly girl; I loved to dance and just kick it with ‘my girls.’
My house was known as the ‘kick it spot.’ We were the house that threw all the parties, and people just loved to be around that energy. It was always good vibes. I actually remember my 14th or 15th birthday I threw the biggest pool party ever. There were kids everywhere outside! Growing up was real fun for me. I was close with my brother and spent a lot of time with family, but I was definitely the social connector
