Today we’d like to introduce you to Ben Jensen.
Hi Ben, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
In college I found a strong desire to invest in real estate and become an entrepreneur. This journey started by doing a door to door sales job in the summer my junior year of college. A mentor of mine and big real estate investor recruited me to sell security systems in an all commission role. I finished one of the top first year reps and was able to buy my first property as a senior in college. I took this opportunity and recruited a team, growing in sales. This led me to more interest in real estate where I started finding and acquiring distressed properties for a quick flip or investment property. I got my brother involved and we went full time into this business and now run a small team wholesaling and flipping houses. This business has led us to start other software businesses that help real estate investors scrape county data and generate leads/manage a full crm.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been a fun ride but lots of adversity! Door to door sales taught me to handle rejection at a massive scale. Real estate is a roller coaster of big wins and losses. We have learned a lot on what to avoid and how to adapt in changing markets.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I see AI taking a huge part of this business in ways that are just beginning. We sell ai bots that qualify leads, scrape data and even handle phone calls. I think there will be a shift in lower admin employees and also a larger gap between the people that can perform and those that can’t compete. Ai can’t completely replace the human relationship people want but it can be a huge tool for those that utilize it.
