Today we’d like to introduce you to Jarielle Wilson.
Hi Jarielle, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I like to say I didn’t “find” my path — I built it. Brick by brick. Insight by insight. Season by season.
I’m AuDHD, a mom to an autistic child, and someone whose brain has always moved fast, deep, and differently. Instead of fighting that, I learned to make it my superpower. The way I process patterns, connect ideas, and read people has shaped everything I’ve created — in business, in psychology, and in the way I lead.
My career wasn’t linear. I’ve always been the woman who could excel in multiple arenas, which is why my work now blends real estate, psychology, Christian counseling, and performance coaching. Each lane sharpened me: real estate taught me strategy and communication; psychology taught me the architecture of the mind; counseling taught me the language of the heart; motherhood taught me endurance and grace.
I stepped into real estate during one of the toughest markets in recent years — and I didn’t flinch. I saw opportunity where others saw uncertainty. I found my niche helping women, especially in Black and brown communities, make empowered decisions and build wealth without intimidation. I wanted them to feel informed, supported, and capable, not overwhelmed by the noise.
At the same time, I pursued my Master’s in Psychology and my doctorate in Christian Counseling because I wanted depth behind my voice. I didn’t want to motivate people — I wanted to transform them. Understanding the nervous system, human behavior, and spiritual identity gave me a completely different lens on success, well-being, and leadership.
As I started sharing my journey online — the real estate wins, the academic grind, the AuDHD brain, the behind-the-scenes realities of high performance — my audience grew with me. Women saw themselves in my mix: ambitious but thoughtful, spiritual but strategic, smart but still learning to take up space. They weren’t looking for a guru; they were looking for someone who lived the same life they were trying to build.
Now, my brand sits at the intersection of wealth, wellness, faith, and psychological mastery. Through my content, coaching, real estate work, and my upcoming book, I’m building a multi-dimensional platform for women who want to rise with intelligence, integrity, and identity intact.
My story isn’t about overcoming — it’s about owning. Owning my brain. Owning my abilities. Owning my calling. And helping other women do the same.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I’m a later‑diagnosed AuDHD Black woman who spent years navigating the world without the language for how my brain truly worked—and I ran into real, systemic obstacles. For one, I didn’t look like the “typical” ADHD story, so my intense focus and fast-moving thoughts were often misunderstood or dismissed. Because I didn’t match the stereotype, I flew under the radar.
Raising an autistic child added another layer of complexity. Suddenly, I was navigating systems that weren’t built for neurodivergent minds—yours or theirs—while trying to make sure my child was seen, understood, and supported. I had to learn to advocate in spaces where even awareness of neurodivergence in Black and brown families is limited.
We’ve been impressed with The Unhinged Daughter’s Club | NuLuxe Realty Group, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I run a business built on strategy, insight, and intentionality, helping neurodivergent entrepreneurs use their minds for their business instead of against it. Too often, advice and systems are designed for neurotypical brains, leaving women with unique wiring to overcompensate, mask, or burn out. I work with clients to build strategies, routines, and frameworks that actually fit how their brains work, turning challenges into advantages and creating flow, clarity, and sustainable results.
I also work in real estate in Arlington, helping clients buy, sell, and build wealth with confidence—even in challenging markets. In everything I do, my approach is the same: understand the person behind the goal, design systems that support them.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is helping women move through life and business in a way that actually works for them—not what someone else says should work. I care deeply about creating spaces where neurodivergent women can feel seen, understood, and equipped to succeed without burning out or compromising who they are.
